06/7/2022 11:35 | sdavis6 Jul '22 - 11:11 - 4127 of 4127 0 0 0 If the PIRES acquisition will deliver immediately, why would PIRES s/holders sell? Looks to me like the rapid decline in the TERN share price has made the deal look awful for PIRES s/holders. If PIRES were to sell "something" soon after the transaction is completed and provide cash to keep the combined outfit going, then surely the PIRES share price would go up much more as a stand alone company that TERN will when they are combined. 06/7/2022 10:51 | The Still Waiting thread are so far up their own backsides they actually believe, "WE ARE THE VOICE OF TERN" The result of the vote should in fact, shut them up for eternity. P & D has shown how effective they are, NOT!! This Pires Acquisition will deliver almost immediately, so all SW THREAD should wind their necks in and STFU. | steveberyl

05/7/2022 19:43 | Digital Mini Me” → “Augmented Reality Clone.” LEARNTEC 2022, Europe’s largest event for digital education, took place May 31-June 2. Rooom, a platform for creating, managing and sharing 3D, AR and VR experiences, built an impressive experience at LEARNTEC this year using our technology. Event attendees had a chance to meet their own digital Mini Me on a Holodeck through mobile captures taken on Volu. Around 500 attendees lined up to be cloned, which means 500 new volograms in the metaverse! People ready to get a metaverse-ready clone as portraited by @Dr. Sirrka Freigang In the spirit of showcasing how, thanks to the combination of Volograms’ mobile volumetric capture technology and Rooom’s enterprise metaverse solutions, education and training professionals can bring themselves into augmented and virtual reality (AR & VR) to take e-learning to the next dimension, this installation enabled exactly that directly on the spot. The experience, created by the enterprise metaverse company Rooom, was as simple as taking a single photo with a smartphone using Volu. The 3D models were then automatically exported, transformed and integrated to Rooom’s AR platform and could be placed on the Holodeck using WebAR for the attendees to be able to stand next to their own digital clone. In the same way, educators can be present in a more immersive way for their audience, regardless of where they are all based. It was great to see how Volu was integrated into this event and the user-generated content created as a result of it. | sweepie2
05/7/2022 17:32 | This acquisition is going through. No problem. There is no point in buying tern currently, it is beyond comprehension why these shares were not suspended whilst an AGM was convened and a decision made. It could have been worse, SISTO could have put Tern in the SAME position as AAA with a bit more thought and kept his nice little earner going for years. | steveberyl
05/7/2022 14:14 | Chances of this going through are diminishing with the TERN share price | sdavis |
