04/7/2022 07:37 | Stetorian reveals the complete idiocy of his `SUPPOSED KNOWLEDGE` SVV is of course quoted on lse and has a board on ADVFN. Do some proper research stetorian clown and you may find it, to be sure, to be sure. | steveberyl
03/7/2022 22:20 | One_Fwunkle has just had a beatiful weekend at Pride in his manor. | boxerdogz
03/7/2022 21:15 | Bapodra, its just sector consolidation to try and alleviate any short-term pressures with the wider market environment and more diversification brings less risk to its future sustainability...I doubt there's a bigger plan of action with the proposition. | one_frankel
03/7/2022 21:10 | 'Sure' is the FCA short-code for the VC vehicle and it has boards on both prominent share boards if you try looking! | one_frankel
03/7/2022 21:02 | Not that its stated on the FCA website then, hehe!...Some must really think others are as utterly stupid as them! | one_frankel

BAP , ADFN boards DO NOT represent the market for major players" "Bapodra_Investments 3 Jul '22 - 15:24 - 4001 of 4001 Boxerdogz - I agree it does not. However, in terms of volume, liquidity and price action when you look at the chart that does not lie in relation to Sure Valley Ventures which is a UK AIM listed company..." I thought I'd clarify both of your posts. Sure Valley Ventures ("SVV") does not have a BB and thread on ADVFN. SVV is not a UK AIM listed company... SVV is a sub-fund of Suir Valley Funds ICAV - an unquoted Republic of Ireland collective investment fund. Sure Valley plc ("SV plc") is a quoted AIM listed company which has 25.9% of Suir Valley Ventures ICAV sub-fund Sure Valley Ventures. Pires owns directly 13% of Suir Valley Funds ICAV sub-fund Sure Valley Ventures Pires purchased 27% of the shares in SV plc, so it also owned indirectly c.7% of SV plc's 25.9% Suir Valley Funds ICAV sub-fund Sure Valley Ventures. On 1 June 2022 Pires shareholding in SV plc was diluted down from 27% as SV plc raised £475,000 by placing shares which Pires did not take up. | stentorian

03/7/2022 14:10 | steveberyl2 Jul '22 - 20:34 - 3991 of 3998 0 0 1 Pires aint going nowhere but in Tern Stable. The doomsters are voting without the full story, I know nothing about Mr Akers, personally, never met him, but I read of him quite regularly. Likewise Mr Swann. I firmly believe these 2 Gents will be buying Tern shares on a regular basis, particularly when they become aware of just why Sisto has gone for Pires. Make no mistake, this is a hostile bid. Steve if any PIRI ( Over 1% ) holder via 8.3 form buys/sells just 1 share of either PIRI else TERN then they have to declare by 3:30pm next trading day. If any of the 2 mention have been doing so they have to decalre via 8.3 form , same goes for any holder of more than 1 % PIRI else TERN visa versa Why do I know this ? The aquisitions and mergers FCA dept has been in touch with everyone who has holdings of more than 1% in either company and made perfectly clear to one and all the requirements of ALL 1% holders, I know I'm one of them | boxerdogz
03/7/2022 12:02 | Steve, do you think TERN could take over ALT? | kemche
03/7/2022 11:45 | Bapodra is correct in saying Assumption`s. But what else is there ?? I think my assumption that Mr Swann & Mr Akers will add significant holdings in Tern before the votes are cast, will come to fruition and lead to a FOMO scenario. I think Sisto has had to change course with the covid debacle but the same nonsense has weakened Pires and given Sisto a golden opportunity to transform Tern into a, Unicorn. The enigma with DA-KS is the DECADE PLUS of license payments, which is worth a kings ransom, not just the purchase price. DA-KS PLUS WYLD Together as a job lot? what is that worth? There is no doubt Tern has an embarrassment of riches, the current NONSENSE OF, "Tern has missed out on the latest faze of Development" crack pot attitude, DA-KS IS BEST IN CLASS, WYLD IS ABOUT TO DELIVER 100% GLOBAL CONNECTIVITY. I still say, "Wait and see what the ultimate plan is" | steveberyl
03/7/2022 10:23 | I am a shareholder in SV. I think it is yet another hidden gem and provides diversification for me.I think the full plan is for Tern/RGO to acquire SV and become a multi billion VC.The proposed acquisition of Pires by Tern was a possible first move in this plan. If it doesn't succeed, the Pires shareholders will have to see what happens to them in Plan B. | jerseymike

An Exit is in the process from Tern Stable, maybe 2. Pires must have knocked on Sisto door and sisto cannot believe his luck, a replacement drops at his feet without a search and includes SVV, very opportune. I VOTE YES, ALL DAY LONG. Tern becomes a unicorn. | steveberyl
01/7/2022 21:57 | Welcome to Precog Express. Precog Express is a universal data connector. It lets you pull data from any source and send it just about anywhere ⎼ streamlining the entire data integration process. Let’s take a look around. Log in and choose either Google or Microsoft to start visualizing your pipelines. What is a pipeline? A pipeline is the connection between your data set’s source to its desired destination. Let’s create one now. The first step in a pipeline is selecting your source. Consider where your data comes from. As you’ll see, Precog already has a wide variety of sources. If you can’t find your source, ask us about adding it. It only takes us a few hours to a few days to configure a new source. Let’s go with Shopify. Create a new source from any available API. To save time, let’s use a source that I already had configured. Now we’re connected — and you can see how Precog has discovered all of the available data sets. You can easily choose them all, but for this demo let’s select blogs and countries. Now, let’s choose where we want our data to go. Currently, Precog offers destinations like Google Big Query, Kafka, SQL Server, and Snowflake. Let’s go with Snowflake. Clear instructions to access your destination are right here just like when choosing a source. Now that our destination is connected, let’s put in a name for our pipeline. I’ll also put in my email to get notified about things like when our data is ready to load, when it’s finished loading, or to inform me of blockers like invalid Now that our pipeline is created, let’s get a macro view. Here is where you can add additional notification recipients should you want other members of your team alerted. Precog is designed to be flexible with the needs of you and your team. This means that pipelines are editable while sources and destinations change. You can add datasets from brand new sources and edit or remove old ones, all directly in the pipeline. You can even add a schedule, having reports load as quickly as every 15 minutes or you can enter a Chron statement for more advanced scheduling. It’s up to you! That was setting up the pipeline, now let’s start a load in Snowflake and see what it looks like. In Snowflake, you’ll find your data sets ready to go. From here, you can join them together and build a report that helps you understand your inventory’s exact location across multiple countries. This is just one example of how Precog makes accessing data radically simple. Get business-ready data from any source. Head to Precog.com now to get started! | sweepie2 |
