Absolutely crazy that a stock with 4 mm's all quoting a NMS of 20000 they are delaying a 37k buy one hour.

£10k buy nonetheless but still ridiculous there's delays on anything 50k or lower in this now

So they drop the price pre market to see if anybody would panic, nobody did and on a 5000 buy at 22.12p the bid is straight back to 21p

You just knew the mm's were trying it on in all the panic to sell what they could hook and they managed about 20k at 19.3p

As soon as a few buys come in they would always run for cover.

Remember all 4 mm's moved up on a 5000 buy recently

PIP's QM Systems working on a what is obviously a big contract for a "world respected plumbing client" No wonder they're having to move into bigger premises!

Quite scary the potential numbers here, it's like Pip is off the radar or not that popular.

But reading the QM statement with the new picture...Almost 5 times the previous space and 20% of that is going to be for the new venture with Ventive

70% more staff needed, if PIP was 100% just QM Systems I would be over the moon but you get 4 other business's thrown in and 2 of them seem to be booming too.

I'm not a factory floor expert so I do not know what all this new space and business will translate profit wise for QM. But surely they can maintain the 350k a quarter and that alone would make the price a bargain.

It's almost too good to be true. Perhaps in a years time if the price is 100p+ people will look back and think it was not.

100p is only £30 mil, would be quite acceptable for a very fast growing company that makes say £3 mil a year

Also, noticed QM Systems have a pic of their new facility on their news feed. Looks good!

Just a pure shake today. There is only 25k at 21.96p online. mm's just milking those that saw the option price and sold out.

What will they do when they see the interim profit jump !??

Annual report shows that these particular options were exercisable from March 2015 up to March 2022. Thus the director had to exercise soon or lose out. No suggestion he is going to sell the shares. Although I wouldn't blame him taking a bit of profit.

There are a few other tranches of options but these don't expire until 2023, 2026, 2027 and 2031. Clearly thinking long term.

I thought a few pi's might freak out over the 3.75p price, this is exactly the same as me and you buying a few years back for 5p and holding all this time.

It was 4p offer 3 years ago, I know because I used to trade them back then

Mind you there was 6 lots of 25k sold by somebody reloading each time so not impossible he's banking a huge profit, it would not take long for him to sell the rest if so

Price for 15 years has been under 10p and a lot of time under 5p so there is options and convertables under that price but I say well done, fully deserve the profit due to excellent turnaround in QM systems after decades of making small amounts and now profits this year will explode.

You can tell it's the same person selling the 25k blocks by the timing of selling then reloading the numbers and executing again.

21.725p offer now, that's pretty good value considering it spiked to 25-27p last week
