Yes I'm similar to you I like to get in early and when a stock is unloved Yes I don't like stocks with a lot of debt Ok off to do my sums on Pip to work out my next move .Looks like some one aggressively took 500k in a matter of a few minutes Thanks for that Stk btw

Obviously same buyer, all snapped up and delayed 2 hours in 2 mins

My fav stock is a stock you do not like because of the debt but is one of the cheapest out there for market cap v ebitda IDE.

I do not buy stocks after a very strong run so Kino even though it could keep going will not appeal to me.

Like if I was looking at Pip for the first time I'd be nervous about paying 17p as it's highest price for over 10 years

Wow they are great figs Let's be conservative and say 1m ..we are still cheap as can only see us growing going forward !Better buy some more ..lolThanks DaveA decent day what with JLH and PipHave you looked at Kino ? I bought in at 11p and 16p and 25p and 35p..really like it .although may have run up too far in the short term (I'm not a great predictor in the s.term hence why I hold for months and years and not days and weeks !!)

It depends if QM systems is making £350k now every quarter.

Be conservative and say this was the best quarter and they can make £1 mil for the year

Thompson was apparently booming too so perhaps that can chip in £100-300k for a year.

UTSI was profitable when they bought it so maybe £100-300k again, not sure about Aiden
they might still be loss making although coppers.

Anything from £1 mil to £2.5 mil although the latter sounds crazy when they have made just £100-200k the last 10 years as a whole

in the ev default case the loan is counted as equity - as it is by our man

so you are right nico in your calc

plus I add different No of shares - after the coming dilution

plus - mechanical production is a very labour and capital intensive operation that takes time

As I've said time and time again I add on debt So don't say I'm misleading Im a decent holder here and may add at some point But if you want to ignore the loan so do it ..I won't ignore it

You're being deliberately misleading (again) nico.

As you well know, PE ratios are calculated using Market Cap. not EV.

£1m profit at £5m mkt cap = PER of 5.

Look at all the loss making "green energy" stocks on Aim with £50-500 mil market caps

Yesterday's news changes things for Pip, makes them a even better play

dave4545
02/12/2021
10:34
So EV is 11m (with the loan ?) What do you think profits will be this year ? 1m ? Pe of 11?

16.3-17.2p

Either a string of delayed buys to show or a protected buy order where somebody has said they want say 500k at 17p max and mm has chased up the bid to fill it.

heat pumps are on the market for a very loong time - it is almost a commodity

but there is a huge market for it - and if the Co gets "green support financing" from the government even better

lots of money can be made but low margin business.

all imho

very important to be fashionable - so customers buy our product. tech is simple and all have it. to over simplify it is a fridge in reverse with a boiler to store heat
