Here's something that changed

"a significant and unanticipated reduction in demand from one large client this financial year"

They're expected to report lower revenues and therefore widening losses. Operating expenses last year were over 1.2 million and went up yoy in the last interims. Revenue expected to be in the 660k range. Not hard to do the maths on this one. I would put cash 500-600k for the upcoming results and expect on current trajectory to require a placing by Q2 next year. 125k new client does not stem the losses to any significant degree. IMHO.

'Quite a few things have changed regarding news flow'.

No, nothing.

You had 3 existing customers and one new one.

You do realise a company is meant to have existing customers use them? You do realise companies are meant to try and get new customers?

None of that is even rns worthy.

Every rns has brought the price down. Remember, the current price is still the same as a few weeks ago pre 1p placing.

Nothing has changed.

Signs of trolling

It’s not always easy to distinguish between trolling and someone who genuinely wants to argue about a topic. Potential signs to look out for include:

Going off-topic:

This is to annoy and disrupt other posters.

Not letting things drop:

They tend to post repeatedly again and again until they have provoked the response they wanted.

Using unrelated images or memes:

They use memes, images, and gifs to reply to others, especially in response to reasoned, written posts.

Ignoring evidence or facts:

They won't acknowledge facts that contradict their point of view.

Using a dismissive tone to others:

They adopt a condescending or confrontational tone and dismiss any counter-arguments as a way to provoke the other party.

This list isn’t exhaustive. In general, if someone seems uninterested in a genuine, good-faith discussion, and is being provocative on purpose, then they are probably an internet troll.

Using the 650k as a top end and 496k receivables, it's easy to see why they had to raise. A few missed payments and there becomes a serious cashflow problem. It's not a strong position to raise money from.

Given wage inflation, and general inflation, it's a huge risk as to whether they have been able to pass on these increases to the customers. As a loss making business they're not operating from a strong negotiating position on that one. They can't afford to lose customers.

I'd be very wary of the interims personally.

Last results put burn rate at 296kpa

Cash position was 498k in Dec 22. So on that burn rate this puts it at 498-(296/2) + 300k raise = 650k.

However, a company of this size with low fluctuating revenues, who knows what they've burned in the last 6 months? You would want to take that as a best case scenario given that revenues have been dwindling. If they've burned a lot of money that balance sheet is going to look very shaky indeed.
