    ("Phynova" or the "Company")

    Director's declaration

    The Company announces that it has been advised by John Pool, Executive Chairman of the Company, pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g)
sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules, that Pleaid Group plc ("Pleaid") was placed into voluntary liquidation.

    Mr Pool was appointed as a director of Pleaid on 20 September 2005 and resigned as a director on 1 April 2007. Since his resignation, Mr
Pool has not been in contact with the directors of Pleaid and has only recently been informed of its liquidation. The estimated total
deficiency to creditors and shareholders was transferred to the US company which took over responsibility for the debts. 

    In addition, Mr Pool was appointed as a director of IDMoS plc ("IDMoS") on 28 August 2004 and ceased to be a director on its dissolution
on 10 April 2008, however it was placed into administration on 15 April 2008. The estimated total deficiency for creditors and shareholders
was circa £35,000.
