Mid-90s the last time photo booths were popular.

Good price to pick up a few as it usually bounces back from this level.

The outlook statement was counched with provisos.
No BOD buys I also notice, even at these levels.

Thanks for link, Snadgey but I already looked, which is how I knew that the nearest laundry was several miles away from where I live.

Thanks.

PHTM give the revenue per laundry unit, from memory. It's sometimes since I
last looked.

Keyno - not sure how up-to-date or how frequently updated but PHTM website shows location of units. I was looking at this to see what progress had been made in rollout since Interims. Link below...

hxxp://www.photo-me.co.uk/find-your-nearest-launderette/?service=self-service-laundry&location=Newcastle

EI - B2B is profitable - taken from Finals - "The profit of the Group's B2B laundry services amounted to £1.3 million for the year ended 30 April 2018. We continue to seek out further B2B acquisition opportunities, with a focus on Continental Europe."

Not holding atm, however laundry that looks the right area to be in imv.

The crux of the valuation looks a managed decline in ID v
how quickly those profits can be replaced by laundry.

The b2b laundry side I'm less sure on. Is that profitable?.

Ta, kmreid. BTW my sister, who lives in London doesn't have a w. machine. I would hope/think PHTM did their research before investing in them! I believe they are a lot faster than conventional laundrettes as well as being placed near supermarkets etc. so you do your shopping and hey, presto, done.

There's one in my town. Never used it. Never seen anyone using it. Who doesn't have a washing machine? Maybe a better market in big cities? IDK.

Anybody got any further feedback on the laundry machines? Nearest to me 8 - 10 miles away so I have no info.

Thanks for the kind offer but I wont, unlike you if I haven't got something relevant to say I don't say it. You always make me smile, you have people on filter but your esp must kick in, you can sense whenever they've said anything that contradicts you and you then react like a petulant child. And you always have to have the last word. Please get back to your anger management classes...

Yep, a real shame it's backtracked. At least my most recent purchase was on 15/11/10 at 62p, my first purchase on 7/5/09 at 17.5p, and a few blocks in between. Oh well...

I bought at £1.50 but sub £1.00 I broke one of my rules and added.

IMO photobooths were great in the second millenium, not in the third...
PHTM needs to get its' laundry act together PDQ whilst being able to wring
the last bits of action from photos, unless they can update the concept,
which they've tried to do with links to gov't departments for passports and driving licences.

A difficult phase for them IMO, which is why I sold at c. 150p some time ago
and have watched ever since. I look for capital gains, so they don't qualify
on income grounds for me.

Started looking at this. Any reason for the big fall around the end of May? 30 May 2018 trading update looks very positive, and can't find any other reason.

Slightly better than expected interims with £44m PTP forecast endorsed , so EPS for yr to 30 April 2019 ( only 4 months away ) circa 9.3p . If the payback on Capex is fairly swift and maintained at 20% margin then outlook for 2020/21 should be positive . Unusual High Yield , High Net cash , Highly profitable special situation ... Still worth a small holding in the ISA as I am not expecting much capital appreciation or depreciation over next 6 months , div yield close to 9% but no growth in divi going forward ........... So has to compete with high yield fixed interest such as RAVP in my view .
