I've been scouring the web for news, but not turned anything up (apart from a recent sell off by Françoise Coutaz-Replan).

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Hudson Sandler LLP, 25 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6AE, on Wednesday, 24 October 2018 at 2:00 p.m. The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders in September 2018.

Sale of Investment

Photo-Me announces that it has completed the sale of its 50% stake in Stilla Technologies SA, a Paris-based European Biotechnology company.The holding, which was acquired by Photo-Me for a total of EUR1.5m between April 2015 and October 2016, has been sold for a consideration of EUR5.0m. In addition, current accounts and loans between the Group and Stilla have been fully reimbursed for a total of EUR2.049m. Consequently, the Group's profit on sale of the investment is EUR3.5m and the total additional cash to the Group, including repayment of current accounts and loans, is EUR7.049m. Proceeds from the sale will be invested in the Group's core business to fund its ongoing growth strategy, which is primarily focused on accelerating the widescale rollout of its Laundry business.

PHTM might only be of interest to bottom feeders but the price would need to be much lower. The business is in decent shape and will return to growth in due course

In 2016, the Board pledged to increase the ordinary dividend by 20% for the financial years ending 30 April 2017 and 30 April 2018. In line with this pledge, the Board is proposing a final dividend payment of 4.73 pence per share (2017: 3.94 pence per share). When combined with the interim dividend of 3.71 pence per ordinary share, this brings the total dividend for the year ended 30 April 2018 to 8.44 pence per ordinary share, representing a 20.1% year-on-year increase (2017: 7.03 pence per ordinary share).

Do we think we can fill the gap back to 150p? I have to admit I am in for the yield but if we climb swiftly I am more than happy to take a capital gain and wait for the next sell off to buy again
