04/11/2016 11:26 | Train to Busan is a good zombie movie which I recommend. Is the dividend here expected to be maintained at the same level after this acquisition and restructuring? The yield is now 7.9% on a 56p yearly dividend. | orinocor
03/11/2016 23:21 | Given the logistics of paying the call, I cannot see how the new can still be trading "Nil Paid" tomorrow (Friday). In my view, they should amend to "New, Fully Paid". They cannot yet trade parri passu with the Old, because the New are still free of stamp duty. | coolen
03/11/2016 22:26 | The cash I set aside to take up my rights came out my account today, wllm | wllmherk
03/11/2016 10:21 | Thanks guys | bishan bedi
03/11/2016 10:04 | Officially the latest time and date for acceptance, payment in full is 11.00am on 8 November 2016, but practically depends on the broker. | deadly
03/11/2016 09:49 | Noon tomorrow with HL. | skinny
03/11/2016 09:44 | Is today the final day for uptake of the rights? | bishan bedi
03/11/2016 07:57 | I have more than 50% cash at the moment, so have an eye out for a few bargains. | rcturner2
03/11/2016 07:54 | RCT - yes, I sold my rights last week - part of my strategy of going to cash. On a Trump win (reckoned about 28% chance according to one pundit), a broker I was talking to thought it might be a bit like the FTSE after Brexit, crash followed by bounce, but for different reasons. Essentially a President Trump would be a lame duck from day one, with zero cooperation from both Houses, plus attempts to impeach for possible tax fraud. Gridlock would be good for stocks! | jonwig
03/11/2016 07:28 | I suspected that this would happen, seen it with other big rights issues. There are a lot of new shares in the market and increases supply lowers the price. I am waiting for lower to buy back in. If Trump wins there will be serious market turmoil. | rcturner2
02/11/2016 21:41 | edmunshaw Old price = ( NewPrice*19 - 508*7 )/12. which means the NewPrice = (12 * OldPrice + (508*7)) / 19 Old price was about 875p therefore new price should be about 740p On that logic you would think buying at 700-710p is a bargain. | gbill11
02/11/2016 21:26 | yep, pretty confident these will recover though. wllm | wllmherk
02/11/2016 20:42 | Big drop at the bell, before the take up tomorrow. Shorters were having fun or people selling to avoid the financing. | deadly
27/10/2016 08:33 | Morning FWIW I added a few this morning. Looks a fair, if unexciting, price level to get in at to me IF there isn't a major market wobble(entirely possible, I concede). Hopefully should stand me in good stead over the medium to longer term. Fingers crossed and good fortune to all holders. | cwa1
27/10/2016 08:25 | To all PHNX shareholders. I have today put a Limit sell order on my holding in PHNX of £10,to stop Shorter,s from loaning the shares from my broker, which they can do for a fee, without me or you knowing about.I suggest you do the same. | garycook
26/10/2016 17:06 | Can anyone tell me the amount in pence I need to add to the ex rights price to get a meaningful comparison with the pre rights one? Presumably it must be around 132p? | rl34870
26/10/2016 09:20 | Hm, some arbitrage opportunity here a few minutes ago PHNN vs PHNX... didn't last very long! | edmundshaw
26/10/2016 07:59 | Totally agree with you there Jon. | garycook
26/10/2016 07:50 | Skinny - thanks. I found a different way - take the html info for PHNX in the header and substitute PHNN in the code. For some reason I thought I'd be barred from using html. TDD have a deadline of end-Thursday 3 Nov to act. The dividend is certainly attractive and they've always had good delivery of cashflow forecasts. | jonwig
25/10/2016 17:42 | Well I missed a trick there. Bought some ex rights shares when what I should have done is buy nil paid and coughed up the balance of 508p when due. Could have saved around 3p per share overall. | grahamg8
25/10/2016 15:16 | Jonwig - if you copy and paste the code below, it should post the above. <img src="http://uk.advfn <img src="http://uk.advfn | skinny
25/10/2016 15:10 | Thanks Skinny. As a black peasant I don't think I can move that into the header, but I'll try later. | jonwig
25/10/2016 14:26 | TDW - have received them now | mister md |
