More Aberdeen Standard project interaction:

Phoenix provides £47 million funding to Semperian

Phoenix Group today announced that it has completed a multi-million pound debt investment in Semperian PPP Investment Partners Limited. Phoenix, Europe’s largest consolidator of heritage funds has provided £47 million funding to Semperian. Aberdeen Standard Investments originated and executed the transaction on behalf of Phoenix.

Yes, ex-div 22.6p. Fact that current price drop is relatively modest in comparison (at least it's less than the div) bodes well for future direction.

Total share count post Standard Life just reported as 721.15m. giving a market cap at the current price of £5.14bn. So close, but no cigar just yet.

The September FTSE 100 reshuffle will have no changes.

For automatic entry into the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 companies need to reach a position as 90th biggest — which requires a market capitalisation of £5.5bn on Thursday’s prices. For automatic demotion, a FTSE 100 firm must fall to 111th biggest — which requires a market capitalisation of about £4.2bn.

Well, SLA will have almost 20% of the enlarged share capital so I'd expect the market cap to increase by c. 25% after close tomorrow.
