PGRTaken from iii7-12-13 Lansteadaa118315 Lanstead has just reported holding of 385,051,118 / 28%. This represents movement from 275 mln shares plus 220 mln from recent placing and disposal of nearly 110 mln shares. I assume that if they had not disposed of those shares their holding would be over 30%, which creates complications under takeover rules. So they just delivered 110 mln shares to some other investor earning a little in the process. Sounds good as we now have another large shareholder holding around 8% (unless this is John Mckeon. Another holding RNS is needed to confirm that.

Gen, that is if they can find a professional advisor who is prepared to put their name to the CICC take on what passes for reality - that will not be easy IMO.

Thanks OilBuy - maybe next week.

Nearly 3 weeks now since their government made the statement that protests against mining were to cease in a short time.

And it does seem to me that a predator could be on the loose coinciding with resumption of activity on the ground with the current mkt cap just under 2m and also bearing in mind hallmarks of substantial gold deposit comment last month along with notice of claim submitted equating to well over 1p. They ready to move into the ground within 2 weeks on activities being resumed.

REM now at 100m mkt cap and all the others. PGR has so much catching up to do.

Even 1p would be just over 13m mkt cap and we are fully funded for drilling too via the convertible £1m loan from instituitional investor.

The share price has been consolidating for 8 months.RSI has been around the 60 mark and the MACD turned positive in June.The 200 DAY SMA has now come inside the bollinger bands for the first time in over a year and the share price is tipping it , poised for a breakout on good news and volume.

Ready to ping anyday now. Maybe next week and on newsflow too. Bullish signals from breaking 200 day ma's at 0.135p will also cause a spur - last time the price broke them it went to 0.45p last August.

Yep - but dunno get the feeling a predator is hovering with recent activity which could happen first.

Good possibility over 1m ounces of gold, funded for drilling and under 2m mkt cap.

Their notice of claim equates to just over 1p on the share price too.

SO100 - Yes indeed and I'm expecting one soon.

I've bought my 8 million shares with 0.12p average.

If one looks at between the lines there has been alot of going ons over the past 4 weeks and only a matter of time now imo.

Been saying they'll resume operations on the ground soon but imo corporate activity on someone buying PGR could happen first in light of Lanstead selling 83m shares to someone, more parcels exchanged for 77m shares on same day at 0.14p last week, Mr Mc Keon topping up as the founder of PGR and PEEL Hunt acquiring just under 10% stake. PEEL leading MM on the bid and moved up this week after no MM movements for weeks. We're now seeing AT trades too.

Why no RNS yet from last Thursday on where the Lanstead holding went too? Why no RNS on the other parcels exchanged at 0.14p on the same day?
Why the Lanstead notification came through next day?

Is the buyer buying more yet and soon to be revealed?

Hi flasher2,

Corporate action possibly on someone buying PGR or resumption of activity on the ground.

I think newsflow is very close now in light of recent comments.

Chart etc is all now so primed.
