Emphasis of matter – uncertain outcome with regards to access to the licence areas and its impact
on going concern
In forming our opinion on the financial statements, which is not modified, we have considered the
adequacy of the disclosures made in note 1.2 to the financial statements concerning the ability of the
Group to gain access to the licence areas and its impact on the Company's ability to continue as a going
concern.
The directors are engaging with the Kyrgyz Government at the highest level in connection with gaining
access to the licence area and they are confident the issue will be resolved in the near future so that the
company can resume operations.
The outcome of this matter cannot presently be determined. Should the Group not be granted access the
drilling programme will be delayed for the second consecutive year and it may restrict the company's
ability to raise further funds for working capital purposes. If such a situation arises the assets relating
to the licence areas may need to be impaired and it also indicates the existence of a material uncertainty
which may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The
financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result from the impairment of the assets
or if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.

Going concern
In common with many exploration groups, the Group raises finance for its exploration and appraisal
activities in discrete tranches, as and when required.
The Directors prepare annual budgets and cash flow projections that extend beyond 12 months from the
date of this report. These projections include the proceeds of future fundraising and planned expenditure
necessary to maintain the Group and the Company as going concerns. Although the Company has been
successful in raising funds in the past, there is no assurance that it will obtain adequate finance in the
future.
The directors are engaging with the Kyrgyz Government at the highest level in connection with gaining
access to the licence area and they are confident the issue will be resolved in the near future so that the
company can resume operations.
