20/1/2014 21:09 | Nap, the 5m shares do not represent a significant holding, so at face value it looks as though somebody owes him a sum of money which is being discharged via the transfer of the stock. That however begs the question why not just sell the stock in the open market and handover the resulting cash, perhaps the issue is that now is not good time to sell 5m shares for a decent price. On the other hand given the delay i.e. transfer in March you might want to argue that there is more to this but then IMO it comes back to 5m shares not being significant in their own right or when added to is existing holding. | mike111d

20/1/2014 16:55 | "Premier Gold (AIM: PGR), the Central Asia-focused gold exploration and development company, received notice today that, on 17 January 2014, Richard Nolan, a director of the Company, entered into a personal arrangement with a shareholder of Premier Gold (the "Shareholder"), pursuant to which it is agreed that the Shareholder will transfer to Mr Nolan, 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration. It is anticipated that the transfer will take place on or around 14 March 2014." The place is usually under snow from Nov to March... Hence the March date above I presume... Interesting to see how things will change by the Springtime... | nickg2

17/12/2013 13:54 | Not a cause for celebration IMO, as they must have been fairly desperate to have to return to Landstead for further funding all things considered. | mike111d
