Had a text from a pal earlier who is with a o&e ex outfit company based in the region,he said loads of work being carried out everywhere, he checked out the site over the last week where pgr are mapped, it's not kicking off, no vision of rebel or bandits on horseback, though he did spot a guy on a donkey who was carry a milk churn.

He said that the temperature had dropped a little in the last few days, though no snow or blizzards in sight

Onwards and upwards,,,,

I think we will see a cheeky bid from the CAD, prob .40/.50, dyor

The realists / 'derampers' have been right all the way down so far.

Let the trend be your friend.

Just because some pump and dumper has decided to try to bottom fish / catch a falling knife why should anyone listen to him talking his own book

Stockologist,

You keep posting that TW piece around all the bulletin boards, but I am always happy for management to take shares in lieu of salary. TYM is a perfect example in how to promote confidence, whilst developing the business. Please note, I do not hold TYM.

Unfortunately, these bulletin boards are full of people with multiple aliases, who are being paid by third parties to collapse the share price. Whilst these 'bashers' are sometimes temporarily suspended from the site, as you have been, they do reappear. It is for pi's to judge motives of all concerned.

I hold no grudge though, so let's judge the PGR share price in a month or two

I think its pretty obvious that some people are only here for one reason:

well clearly the BOD don't agree with you, hence their taking shares in lieu of salary. So lets review in a couple of weeks or so when you return in one or more of your aliases

I type too quickly as there were several errors. But I am happy for Stockologist to pick up on that point, as his analysis of the RNS was off the mark. But time will tell.

Just a quick note we are not really up 18% as the sell price has technically dropped but they raise the buy price giving a false illusion of a rise

Stockologist,
Any credibility with me totally lost. That is disappointing given your CCE posts.

Take a look at the actions of the CEO of TYM and you will see he has been taking shares in lieu of salary for years. That is because, as KNIGEL points out in his post, he is responsible and is preserving cash and will no doubt think 0.14p is a bargain. Personally, I don't blame him, because I think it is a bargain too.
As for the dilution its negligible and totally welcome.

PI's have a real opportunity here. If directors are prepared to take shares in lieu of salaay, then there is a very high probability that a resolution to local gang problems will be announced, with governmental backing. Please note, certain individuals, according to reports, have already been arrested (see earlier posts I believe from yesterday). Today's RNS is very positive imo but as ever, DYOR

Why did the directors decide to take their director fees in shares in lieu of cash? Either a) there is a lack of cash so the company asked them to take shares or b) the directors think 0.14p is a bargain and asked to have their fees paid in shares (as obviously they can have more shares at this lower price)
