08/8/2023 15:40 | I was selling in 10k shares for the last week or so. today they bought 9.999 shares. one share left unsold. will they sell it or not .... is RNS on the way... | kaos3
07/8/2023 16:21 | Or he or you could be an alien or AI or identify as a? LOL. | sipptrader88
07/8/2023 14:24 | i knew my statement does not exactly make sense - and accountant parabole makes a great explanation. but one can never be sure - it also could be 1 very bussy person with a certification juggling many projects - not having enough time for all of it. thank you | kaos3
07/8/2023 13:58 | It is singular because the metallurgist is the person running the study who will sign off on it. Don't over interpret things. If a company says they will speak to their accountant it doesn't mean its a one man band, it could just as soon be a huge firm. | donald pond
07/8/2023 13:53 | interesting use of the singular in DP post above ............ with the metallurgist and his lab...... plural could make process faster... probably "Lab" is commonly used to include the staff working in it, so I wouldn't assume it's just a one person band. | greyingsurfer
07/8/2023 10:49 | A lot depends on this ATS report then. Good luck, and look forward to reading it in "August " which is this month! Woo hoo ! Let's go ! | bradshaw980
07/8/2023 10:12 | All the metallurgical work and consequent recommendations for mine and plant designs are being carried out by external experts. We expect to be able to update the market this month. The degree of information we provide will depend on the degree of information in the report we receive. A little more patience, and once we start getting certainty about our approach and the financials we will have much more to talk about. | donald pond
07/8/2023 10:04 | Been trying for circa 6 months to get a straight answer from anyone on will they or won't they appoint an engineering firm to carry out a full feasibility study! Personally I reckon I'd get a better answer from a brick wall ! All imho DYOR! | bradshaw980
07/8/2023 09:57 | Obviously. I'm referring to the mythical, will it won't it, King Arthur like feasibility study. But shhhh don't talk about a feasibility study..... | bradshaw980
07/8/2023 09:49 | i suspect they do not do metalurgical experiments in house. so they will be provided by the lab - outsourced. interesting use of the singular in DP post above ............ with the metallurgist and his lab...... plural could make process faster... probably | kaos3
07/8/2023 09:44 | Fair enough! Will these figures be 'in house' or will you get a proper firm, an Ausenco for an example, to put the figures to market? | bradshaw980
07/8/2023 09:29 | We will get updated figures out as soon as the metallurgical recommendations permit. It is difficult to do so before we have confirmed what recoveries of which metals at what capital and ongoing cost we will be achieving. Step by step, each one in the right direction | donald pond
07/8/2023 09:14 | What I'm saying is a project of this size needs a plus 30% IRR in my humble opinion! | bradshaw980
07/8/2023 09:07 | Cool story bro. But we have no idea about the economics in today's environment. How about putting some figures out there? | bradshaw980
07/8/2023 08:18 | Navarre Creek is at a very early stage. We have over 450 holes drilled into Empire, and Ryan knows it like the back of his hand. We are drilling into NC for the first time at the moment. There is a lot of optimism about NC, but we need to see what the results are. At the moment I don't feel that share price ascribes any value to NC at all, so any upgrades can only be positive. If it is as good as we hope, it could well end up being a company in its own right, but again, that depends in part on how things are elsewhere in Phoenix world. If we are in production and throwing off cash, it gives us a lot more freedom. | donald pond
07/8/2023 08:08 | Thank you DP what happens if Navarre Creek comes good your note seems devoted to copper. | deuchar
06/8/2023 19:09 | A few weeks ago I mentioned all the work that had gone into the metallurgist's report. Hopefully we will be able to fully update this month, but recent discussions with shareholders have raised a few issues which are worth spending a bit of time considering in this quiet moment. When Phoenix originally started planning to bring the Empire mine into production, we were aiming for a quick, copper only project, with much of the copper produced on heap leach pads. Since then, there has been a real focus, which perhaps hasn't been emphasised enough, on making the project as commercially robust as possible. Investors often fixate on the question of when the Empire mine is going to come into production, and the simple answer is that when we have the metallurgical recommendations we will be able to move very quickly and hope that permitting will be straightforward. But our focus is on being a long term miner in Idaho, and making the mine as productive as possible. Time spent on getting the approach right now will pay us significant rewards going forward. The reason why we hope permitting is straightforward is because we have done a huge amount of preparatory work: the Digbee ESG rating is a reflection of that work, and we anticipate that when we set out our plans for recovering the metal people will see that acting responsibly and respecting the environment are central to the project. We want to be a model for how the green metals we need to transition the economy to cleaner energy are produced. And we hope that in taking that approach we will have addressed many of the questions the authorities will want answered as part of the permitting process. But I also want to highlight that the preparatory work has extended to a long and collaborative process with the metallurgist and his lab, and we have worked together to reach an approach that we think can bring Empire into production in the best way possible. It may have taken longer than some originally anticipated, but we have the end in sight, and should soon be entering into a period where we have the information to start understanding the project and the financial rewards it can generate. Of course, we need the funding. But when I read the story that Ibrahim posted, it brings me back to the simple fact that originally drew me to the project: we have a very attractive near term copper project in Idaho, with significant upside potential. In the current world, that seems a very valuable prospect that the current share price does not reflect. It is important to occasionally step back and focus on that truth: the underlying resource has only got better as we have found out more about it. And when our plans are on the table, the path to progress will become clearer. | donald pond
04/8/2023 10:08 | "The US Department of Energy (DOE) this week officially added copper to its Critical Materials list, marking the first time a US government agency has included copper on one of its official “critical&rdqu 2023 Critical Materials Assessment, which evaluated materials for their criticality to global clean energy technology supply chains focuses on key materials with high risk of supply disruption that are integral to clean energy technologies. SIGN UP FOR THE COPPER DIGEST The DOE Critical Materials List will inform eligibility for tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act 48C. The final list includes aluminum, cobalt, copper, dysprosium, electrical steel, fluorine, gallium, iridium, lithium, magnesium, natural graphite, neodymium, nickel, platinum, praseodymium, terbium, silicon, and silicon carbide." | sportbilly1976
03/8/2023 09:34 | Just to reiterate, drilling is going smoothly at Navarre Creek, with the first samples at the lab. We are also expecting the final metallurgical report soon. We don't control the timescales on these but nothing has changed from the last estimate, so we hope/expect metallurgists recommendations for recovery from Empire this month and results from NC to start coming back next month (we have been sending the samples as they come from the ground). As for funding, the company will update via RNS when it has news. And don't over interpret that! | donald pond
02/8/2023 23:38 | Stop trolling this site idiot. Thanks seagreen. Looks like they are almost up and running. Could be good news for PXC in a few months time. Add it to the list of other good news on the horizon. | klondykejohn

02/8/2023 16:50 | Klondey If they had drilled Redcastle I am sure PXC would have announced it I had a quick scan and can not see anything obvious yet. They had an update of their own Iron Creek resource below in March 2023 hxxps://electrabmc.c They have MOU's to supply in 2025 They shipped their first customer shipment of nickel-cobalt produced at its refinery complex north of Toronto from recycled battery material in July 2023 They have or are in the process of finishing a can$10M pp which if sucesful looks like satisfies one of the conditions for a strategic investor. The pp should have completed last week so we await news. (there is a broker option to raise more. Battery Park/Cobalt/Copper/r hxxps://electrabmc.c | seagreen
