Clarification of loan from ARA tomorrow from Zoltav.
If ARA do convert,that's around 50 million shares or so to them as price hasn't moved much between 1st Sep and today.
Still absolutely convinced they are talking to each other.
Looks as though both announcements bn made in unison in morning.
I just find it interesting that PTR must know results of audit,why wait until last possible day?
Of course it may be just delayed and my theory turns to pish!

4p has been a tough nut to crack according to the charts, it has fallen away 3 times from this level in the last 3 months.

If it can break and hold 4p it will be a very bullish indication.

Not sure there is any space for institutions given that probably 90pc shares are held tightly. I think there is probably an argument for one coming in if we ever bought Oil India out or had another opportunity - but I imagine the strength of our current TR1 holders would be able to cover it

Delayed trades nice to see some bigger buys coming in, I don't get those that are selling now 3 big RNS's are coming all will send the price upwards..

Upcoming H1 results and resource upgrade could easily push this back up to £200m market cap (18p share price) levels.

Yes 12p I think could be comfortable or post another successful winter. Fingers crossed. Regarding the update I am really looking forward to see where opex has gone (I assume still v well controlled) and what margin we can get on every additional and current barrel of oil. It feels like this is just a case of smashing out new production one say to hit wins whilst expandin appraisal efforts to prove up further resource. Looking good for a sale within the year

All ready for a busy few weeks H1 results will reverse the trend of loss making to profit making this will grab some attention, the better news comes from the increased reserve report and the plans they have to drill out on L67 and the monster field that is in L61.

Its been a long journey for a lot of investors but this board and management team are making the right steps to turn this fully around and get back to a £200m market cap.

I need around 12p.
Began buying in 2007 in the high 60/70s cents.
Doubled up in 2009.
Doubled up again in 2012
and doubled up again this year.
It does feel different this time, but I've said that before.

Yup. And from 1 Oct we are going to be selling oil at higher margin. Now, if we can get export finance behind it to allow us to scale up our fracking programme and appraisals, well this equity is going to look cheap

With the reserve report I am frankly not bothered whether it shows 80m P2 or 70m and 10m P1 or 15. Just a tick box really which will show serious upside and another bit of due diligence covered for the potential sale of the company.
