20/10/2015 08:37 | The sector is unloved at the moment and probably rightly so. Companies like this are run for the directors not the shareholders. | rcturner2
20/10/2015 00:23 | Stayed away from this board due to a few posters who seem to have been rumbled | tens machine
19/10/2015 23:24 | Well it looks like Steel has got tired of anyone questioning the issue of the Company being valued at a low level by the market. The T501 well which should have results fairly soon will be a possible catalyst for PTR to move up or have a revamp of management.Hope it comes good and happy to add some more down under 3.45p so someone is selling down here.VGLTA | seangwhite
19/10/2015 19:19 | toon - thanks for the wacky baccy offer, but no need here, thanks to a plentiful supply of both whiskies (and whiskeys too since recent Wild Atlantic Way jaunt ;o) | steelwatch
19/10/2015 18:07 | Plan to post here now and again as the pact leaders on the other thread can not respect views which do not fall in line with their, and as for repetition, it is pot kettle as they continue to back the bod, as do I, but do not admit to change and allow large shareholders a place on the board or else this company could be dampened by a cheap accumulator whom could have a huge stake in the company yet speak little or as and when they require. As for external factors, well the bod have no control nor do other companies. The BOD released expectations of near doubling or 3500-4000 bopd, but lower than expected recent wells, suggests it will only reach lower end of expectations, if other wells stay near current levels.Bod have as a result of the farmout created a joint plan to increase production, this has been a success, has the momentum been market mover, no the share price doesn't lie. There is still plenty of time for the share price to recover, if external factors improve and internal lessons are learnt, production improves drastically, and the key, imo, market moving reserve upgrade (it's been a long process and time in getting this, but the bod have stated end of the year), and finally hopefully future cashflow meets funding requirement to drill further. Debt free, current bod with oversight by Oil and the large holders will keep all stakeholders in line, to make sure production increase and shareholder value is recouped.Imo, dyor, genuinely gla. | ravin146
19/10/2015 16:13 | What chance do we pi's have when hedge funds are permitted to hunt in packs! It really doesn't matter what the fundamentals say, if 66 hedge funds are shorting they will force it down. In what other walk of life are you allowed to sell something you don't own! | danny111
19/10/2015 14:17 | Don't OPEC have another meeting before Christmas? | kevjones2
19/10/2015 13:39 | loganair - yes, I've seen similar predictions, but anyone's guess is as good as any another. Goldman Sachs' forecasts have been somewhat wild and just who can you trust? | steelwatch
19/10/2015 13:32 | What I've been reading is $60 to $65 for Brent next year. | loganair
19/10/2015 10:05 | This thread now seems to be getting very personal rather than about the company itself and our thoughts and good opinions about PTR. | loganair
19/10/2015 09:45 | At wherever level you invest, informed? or researched, casual or just hopeful....one key point remains the same...-PTR's share price is currently v low.-Now that's either...A great time to 'nuc' other bb posters, for their respective views, or a great time to buy PTR's shares.I'm not sure what the right answer is | rockin robin
19/10/2015 09:40 | sean & ravin - your constant attempts to isolate and dishearten true holders of this stock are manifest to the extent I believe you to be in a collusion, possibly acting on behalf of or with a malevolent entity. Thus far, I have held off, but I regret the time has now come to act.. | steelwatch
19/10/2015 07:11 | SteelThe BBC had a good reputation for being a fair commentator so your reference is not too hurtful.Hope you are happy in your state of admiration of the old PTR BOD's performance.VGLTA | seangwhite
19/10/2015 06:55 | Steel looks like you are holding hands with db. Surprised by your reaction. Genuinely, good luck recovering your losses. | ravin146

18/10/2015 20:12 | Looks like Db has come out to give support to the old BOD. I wonder if any of them will buy a few if it goes sub 3p.Actions speak louder than words in my book.VGLTA | seangwhite
18/10/2015 19:42 | Db, read the following again, answers were many of your 'bullet points', and the responce above reiterates them lol.Not wasting any time reading your posts. Hope you recover your losses.Db filtered | ravin146
