Considering a re-entry into PTR RCT?

It's almost time for the drillbit to drive PTR's fortunes - which is how it used to be and how it should be!

sean - I've blown it up a bit and added the link.

RCT - several hundred maybe? Perhaps someone who attended the EGM has a better idea. See #25927

Interesting slide steel.

Any ideas what the target flow rate is from T5 horizontal?

Dbg,At least they ain't going bust, which is where the share price was heading. Things will take time, but I think, one day at a time, the whole thing will gain momentum. The recent Ukrainian situation could have scuppered the farm-out, the price fell accordingly at the time. The deal went through still. The SH's vote, Natala not being supportive - lots could have gone wrong. It didn't. Each time negative issues looked possible - the price wavered. There ain't much positive sentiment out there..tbh.A few bits of good News, a bit of debt clearance, a few drilling & progress results and we'll be 'away with the Stereo'. Don't you worry...

Dbg - the forward plan is, presumably, agreed with OIL?

RR...... They need to start delivering something and soon....!!! I cant see how drilling 5 or 6 new vertical wells resulting in the "same old story" will deliver big results for PTR.....Surely OIL will not settle for "one" drilling rig hoping for a 200 barell a day well, and be content with 50% of that find.... I pray OIL has a better vision for the future than that...???? GL....

Dgb,PTR looks like a great opportunity atm based on it's recent history. India oil deal should totally change all the issues PTR has had. No money. If PTR starts to deliver big results - the investors will be back....

Lets see how the horizontal drilling performs for PTR, if succesful PTR will rise if a failure more languishing arround current levels as the current level barely reflects current production and reserves.GLTA

I notice denis056 hasn't posted since the 1st May.

Seems like he was just an Irish shill for PTR who popped up and has now gone again.

spudders.
The debts will be discharged immediately upon state approval of the farm out.
This should be done in the next few weeks...

Once everything has been finalised how long will it take before the debt is repaid in full to McQ and Arawak.

Looks like it will stay in the 5-7p region for a while, unless large buyers come in...regulatory approval is inevitable I assume...all eyes are on the first well results! We require really positive news regarding oil flows, unlike previous years' small gains then average around 2500 bpod for some time. Building momentum on this new strategy working alongside oil India, with no debt, will hopefully improver broker targets and invite more buyers. Things are looking up...let hope it's a similar story like Caza oil!

oilretire, I do not think that outfit is them , and the C E C Ltd as named in the RNS is not a UK entity registered (at Companies House).

The plot thickens but nothing much will happen till after PTR start to drill and produce more oil.

Hopeful for a good year end especially if the horizontal drilling works.
