problem is even the IMF are predicting a massive recession when we come out and that is normally bad for oil. Add in all those wells that are shut just now will reopen so price will be held back. The only thing that will sort this out is for demand to return to 100mbpd but the economic climate is not right for that.

I think that's ludicrous. demand destruction is behind us. any easing of lockdown will result in a sharp recovery of demand. meanwhile much of the cuts to production will be permanent.

The oil price.com numbers have now changed I looked at it a few times today even looked at the daily graph to see what it opened at and it’s changed as well. It had the numbers I quoted very odd, I have used it as a bible for all world oil prices for last couple of years.

CC..... PFC now all time low, broken below previous low @ 164p. At present struggling with 156.4 as floor, than 152 today's low after that its abyss..i.e anyone's guess........once day traders volume dries up, not sure what will drive this upward...imho....happy trading!

computercodes, brave but I guess good for fast trades until the bottom is in, I prefer ASC, already a x2 for me, ASOS are cleaning up, with high st multiples falling like dominoes, other big names BP. CNA,IAG,SAGA,etc I have been buying lately, BP a while ago,sub 230p, tucking them all away for 3-5 years

I used to be keen these until they lost key support near 350p, I will keep an eye on them though, I will keep an open mind.
