Where are all the rampers gone? Armbar talk us through the ADNOC purchase, where is it? Shareholders to get rogered as expected and announced many times. I really hope Whitey actually held all those shares he allegedly bought and encouraged other to buy. Would a prosecution stick to such a ramper? He has done it so many times.

This business can't be run by vulture capitalistic financiers looking for easy shekels,it's too specialized,too many complexities,too easy to get taken to the cleaners.The value is in the knowledge the employees and management possess,maybe the Rothschild's if they viewed it as their own personal write off vehicle to subsidize the oil and gas industry,but no normal creditor could possibly handle the complexities of this business,even if they had extremely adept business and financial abilities there's too many moving parts and too many intricate details that need to be strategized to not end projects in disaster.No Sane CEO worth his salt would take on this much stress without having his hands very deep in the pot,and if a CEO did take this responsibility on without the ambition of a bloodthirsty pirate,doing all the heavy mental lifting for a room full of financial bean counters,the company would just sink and implode anyway, because it would be run by a fool.

A house and a mortgage is a fixed value asset, with equity or not, however like a commercial business value can be unlocked ie the deeds may identify or negotiate more land or permitance of use, or other attributal values a buyer may percieve,
