21/7/2015 17:46 | Not too obvious what plan WV has for Petroceltic. Is anything happening with Italian prospects here? | hermana3
21/7/2015 17:35 | From Malcolm Graham-Wood's daily blog email. Petroceltic With its AGM coming up on Monday and a petulant 29.9% holder throwing its toys out of the pram how should we look at Petroceltic? As far as I am aware the points that Worldview have made so far are all ones that could be asked as questions at the AGM and one assumes that the CEO will be addressing them anyway. Worldview appear to have requested two EGM’s neither of which appear to be valid and have so far not made it entirely obvious quite what they are after. Not happy with the equity raise (albeit handled badly by PCI), they are now objecting to a debt raise and asset sales, without those three facilities the company definitely would have their hands tied behind their backs. The process that Worldview are going through is bringing the share price down and they appear to be cutting off their nose to spite their face, I genuinely cant see the end game here but I must be missing something… this one is hotting up. | lr2
21/7/2015 16:12 | The Bot is still active here but it looks like its ability to push the share price down I'd as good as over. This must be close to or at the bottom now.I topped up again today at 79p. Will go to more once I get funds free.It amazingbthat the same Not could drive the share price of a 200million market cap Co down by over 6% in the last 2 days on as little as 125k worth of shares traded. This is now a must buy at this low price, tell me of a better value E&p out there please! | bluebell1
20/7/2015 17:39 | Tubberguts is going to have a lot of explaining to do at the Agm. The sooner he and his side kick are replaced the better. He can't last much longer now that he has decimated the Share price down to 3p old money. No fear of any of the bod buying a few shares either. Shows they have no faith in themselves too. | hayfield
20/7/2015 14:32 | w v were nt very impressive at the last egm looks like we re stuck between a rock and a hard place not much oil or gas in either | doohoma3
20/7/2015 14:27 | I have no confidence in wv and their tactics - calling for EGMs on what seems like misunderstandings of the rules. As I said before, they would be better off raising their stake and making a bid if they really think things are as bad as they are and that they could do better. In the meantime I've sold 2/3 of my shares. | verger
20/7/2015 14:12 | Another 3050 @ just short of 82p | bluebell1
20/7/2015 13:44 | Yep good strategy rally, this could turn fast and move back up very quickly. Too many negative posts here to be wholesome, and it looks like their is lots of share fishing going on now. | bluebell1
20/7/2015 13:38 | agree there been forced down on very little volume , remember 1p = 25p do not be surprised to see a 25p jump on any news !don't be caught out thats why I am not trading in and out | rallyman2
20/7/2015 13:30 | Got 6950 shares @ 82.4, I`ll go for more once I free up some more cash. Valuation is now at a silly level. This has been walked down from €1.30 on very little volume. In fact I believe that their is and has been a Bot at work over the last few months gradually pushing the price down. Who is operating the Bot? I`m guessing that its connected to Worldview in some way. Maybe not them but they have another fund acting on their side now. They are going to take Petroceltic private soon. | bluebell1
20/7/2015 13:22 | Petroceltic respond. | lr2
20/7/2015 12:19 | is not a bond issue a lot better than a share issue ? | rallyman2
20/7/2015 08:10 | The plot thickens..... | sawney
20/7/2015 07:45 | And bring yer papers as de gestapo will be trying to keep the inruly ones out... | hermana3
19/7/2015 13:07 | Big Brain is happy to confront WV at an EGM and rely on his record but it will only after he has had a big hearty breakfast.Wee Tom will be standing behind him so nobody will notice him whispering prompts to BB for any awkward questions. The upcoming EGM looks like a sell out so arrive early.GLTA | seangwhite
19/7/2015 10:56 | So peeps where do we go from here?is bri going to fight to the bitter end, is he going to suck dry what little value is left in the share price? | bu5boy
17/7/2015 20:57 | Another great week of loss here at Bustoceltic. Its the latest "Afren of Aim" | hayfield
16/7/2015 16:10 | RM,adair is a busted lush and his creditors must be wondering how they will get even half at what the bore owes them! | hermana3
16/7/2015 16:01 | level 2 shows private investors selling off and driving the price down with very very very small volumes | rallyman2
16/7/2015 15:59 | Adair must be thinking now unless he is convinced 2017 will deliver his money and more | rallyman2
16/7/2015 15:47 | Worldview request? More like a demand from a holder of more shares than whole BOD. what does adair's bankers think of his collateral now? | hermana3 |
