Long sufferrimg Stock holders who have backed Pet over the years need some reward

I wonder if someone is building a stakeand Teeling is cashing in a few.The only thing Pet has got is 30% of an unratified 30% of Tano2.That has to be of huge value once ratified and i would not be suprised to see Pet come to an end.Cash in the 30%.Teeling and Finns 300k investment wont go to waste .

At 1.35p this is definately worth a gamble on something coming up in Iraq or Ghana this year hence took a punt on Friday


This always used to be my favourite Stock in th past due it being volatile and the potential

Lets hope we get a new breed of investors now

Well no one is going to sell at this price except a bucket shop trying to get a turn on the rights. My guess is Montfor are out now with the vol of the past 3 days so expect a "below 3% position on Monday. Probably if they still have any, its below 1%. The intriguing thing is who bought the shares, mostly at a premium of 10%

PET has always been very high risk for very high reward, it's not an investment but a gamble on the BOD doing something. I expect Mr T badly wants a win here and that has made PET unable to change tracks. I also think they know they need new blood / new contacts hence the Tamraz mess. Saying that David did get us out of it but the legal costs / management time and the fact we were given a wide berth by other potential partners was a high price to pay. In effect we were diluted with nothing to show for it. Yes, the BOD picked up the shares cheaply but I am glad they did but we have still not moved forward.

Even if they get crumbs from Iraq the Stock could go ballastic

Bountyful .i welcome your thoughts and conversation is good .I am trying to think like teeling as opposed to how i think.Ultimately itscwhat his agenda is that dictates .Ive always thought we shareholders have little value to the board of directorscand i would say that goes for most companys.

Just my thoughts Bronislav. I am sure Teeling is smart and hard working but something is holding us back here. Yes, we did get S&L 20 odd years ago and blew that opportunity and as a consequence was then put on the norty step. Hopefully, the BOD can do something this year but I've been saying that for many, many years now. If they can get a deal over the line I would be first to say well done.

Teeling is a smart operator .why would he waste his time with Iraq if he knows its an impossible task.He holds all them shares and wont just let them fade away .He will want a pay day which should ensure all get a pay day.Just thinking out aloud.

I agree Bronislav in that we need new blood. As horrid as it sounds DH' career based on Iraq coming good has not occurred. Iraq is still a basket case and not friendly for business. Ghana has it's hand out and wont budge, that was clear from what David said, again, at last year's AGM. Hence the pressure from the Nomad I expect. The trouble is that so much stock is owned by the BOD and with loyal family and friends it's a vicious circle. Teeling is to arrogant and argumentative to move on, hoping that this will still come good one day. I hope I am wrong but history tells me otherwise. DH needs to prove himself with PET.
