The first paragraph of the letter states that details are available on request. I'm hoping for a chance to vote on the proposals put forward by the CP.

I love the smell of lolz vindication in the morning ...

considering Petrel’s extreme long own “no success track record” to-date, as well as the apparent lack of any realistic own opportunity showing on the horizon

The gamblers have started back slapping and self congratulating that after 20-25 years of failure they have decided to "write a letter" ...

Meanwhile investors have been taking advantage of worldwide stock markets at record highs....

the indomitable Fisty O'Connor, a cheap spade from Woodie's DIY, and a hand dig to the lower cretaceous ...

As JT is looking to retire, I'd like to wish him well. I've been here for over 20 years, some have been here a lot more. I'm approaching retirement age soon and I know that some of us are already retired. A lot of us would have looked at this investment as part of a retirement pot. We all know the risks involved and yes, we could have lost the lot. I won't go through all the near misses and bad luck situations, we all know what they are. But when we're faced with a choice of two situations (Russian assets or Euronext) and they don't take them, well in my book they had better have a damn good reason, and I don't mean some vague promise of a deal elsewhere. We've had enough of them!

exile -I am not sure your input is necessary, or indeed helpful at this time considering that you had to 'pay' to post here.
