Petra announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 (the "2019 Annual Report") and 2019 Sustainability Report have been published and are available to view on the Company's website at www.petradiamonds.com/investors/results-reports/.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom at 11:00 am GMT on 29 November 2019.
