Tit calm down, you sound like you are going to have a heart attack.

By it's nature L2 is changing by the second, so you pasting a snap shot every hour or so is hardly that useful instead it just clogs up the board (much like this).

You might double even treble your money here but equally in a few days you might lose 50%. Much like those who were buying at 20p a couple of weeks ago.

Oh if you are looking for a recovery play take a look at fres. much better risk reward imo.
