Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 26 August 2020 Dave Jenkinson, Group Chief Executive, sold 65,000 shares in the Company at a price of GBP26.878045 per share.

On 27 August 2020 Dave Jenkinson sold a further 64,307 shares in the Company at a price of GBP26.325202 per share.

Following these transactions, Dave Jenkinson holds 603,983 shares in the Company including 108,937 and 44,791 shares to be held until at least 15 October 2020 and 3 June 2021 respectively.
