Pensana don't have a process yet,they are producing carbonate now, not sulphate.
The previous lab work wasn't a pilot plant.

Some suspicious, very small, bid/ask offers far outside the normal spread that help ramp up the price. Plus September is the time funding will run out (assuming the terms of the $15m advance from Angola have not been met)
Ramping up the price 10 days before the raise is a common practice.
Any suggestion that funding is incoming or their will be interested from major investors is fantasy. The company doesn't even have a feasibility study.

DP, on what basis do you make that statement?. Coud be anything from some one liking the look of the stock and buying a hefty chunk, to speculators anticipating financing in the near future and starting a rally, or a combination of both. If the latter, some expectation management would probably be prudent as theyll dump just as quckly if it isnt announced when expected….. what has been made reasonably clear is that the LJ financing will be done at OPCO level, and will NOT include a capital raise (or share issue) by the HOLDCO, (Pensana)

If I had a choice of 2 shares to purchase at an advantageous price (all other things being equal), and the Director of one was also purchasing his company's shares (the other company's Director was not) I know which one I would go for.

I would seriously doubt his business acumen if he didn't buy at these price levels. It would be nice to see some other directors show the same confidence.

Exactly and, furthermore, why buy 300k shares when you have 13.5m, makes no meaningful sense. It certainly did not induce me to buy more shares, and I am sure that applies to all shareholders.

The 'slight' negative being the fact that 'news' potentially causing an increase in share price must be someway off for him to be allowed to purchase the shares ?
