05/1/2024 11:02 | well put mw | mikethebike4
03/1/2024 18:09 | I have a lot more confidence on the delivery of Longonjo that I do for Saltend (that's not to say that it won't be delivered, more a reflection on the greater financing challenges etc.). And I suspect PA and his merry gang think so too given his AGM presentation was much more focused on Longonjo (compare and contrast with the 22 AGM presentation where Saltend was the main focus). The Angolan government has a vested interest in it happening and at the end of the day it is a relatively "straightforward" mining project with an underlying commodity where there is clear LT demand. This demand is not dependent on Saltend being delivered (it will be producing before Saltend is operational), albeit from a PRE shareholder perspective it would clearly be beneficial if both were delivered, particularly as Saltend is forecast to be a much higher margin business. | mwj1959
03/1/2024 09:43 | all seems good - fingers crossed for the finance requirement | mikethebike4
21/12/2023 15:54 | I wish I hadn't of started spouting off about this share if this is the effect it has on it's trading activity. I've put the mockers on it. | dave2608
21/12/2023 14:19 | Another way of looking at it. $80 million dollars at the current exchange rate equals £63,325,600. This bought at 66p equals 95,947,878 new shares to be issued. if they were issued at 25p it would mean 253,302,400 new shares. So a hell of a lot less dilution. | dave2608
21/12/2023 13:53 | Regarding the two funds wanting in at 66p to the combined tune of $80 million. The share price will have to rise 164% from 25p for them to just break even. From this we can deduce that they are either morons, inept or can see the share price rising to 66p and beyond otherwise they wouldn't be investing. You'd think they will have done all their analysis and number crunching. | dave2608
21/12/2023 10:21 | Thanks, much appreciated Dave - looks like it is coming together slowly | mikethebike4
20/12/2023 23:19 | Onward and upward!! | mhssh
20/12/2023 19:51 | We've been hoping long enough, I guess a bit longer won't hurt. That said the market, clearly, has little hope. | mhssh
20/12/2023 11:45 | What did Tom have to say ? | mikethebike4
20/12/2023 10:07 | Tipped today by Shareprophets. | wiseacre
12/12/2023 12:20 | All the meeting details were in the document... | mwj1959
12/12/2023 12:05 | Pensana website last entry 8th Nov. notice of AGM 1st December. But no info on the meeting. Strange? | mhssh
12/12/2023 11:26 | Yes. I attended the AGM. Promise made that Angolan mine finance would be done by end of January | wiseacre
12/12/2023 10:28 | I think they would be well advised to stay quiet unless, and until, the money is in the bank. | mhssh
12/12/2023 10:15 | Anyone go to the AGM earlier in the month? Unfortunately wasn't able to make it. Key remains their ability to get funding and I was wondering whether they talked about any progress there? Longonjo looks to be the most advanced and "easiest" of the two. | mwj1959
20/11/2023 09:43 | slowly but surely | mikethebike4
06/11/2023 14:59 | 145,000 buy a short while ago somebody's keen! | mikethebike4
01/11/2023 09:53 | Longonjo certainly looks like the "easier" of the two legs of the project. | mwj1959 |
