Pensana website last entry 8th Nov. notice of AGM 1st December. But no info on the meeting. Strange?

Anyone go to the AGM earlier in the month? Unfortunately wasn't able to make it. Key remains their ability to get funding and I was wondering whether they talked about any progress there? Longonjo looks to be the most advanced and "easiest" of the two.

Longonjo certainly looks like the "easier" of the two legs of the project.

With an equity funding by the Angolan sovereign wealth fund at 60p a share for Longonjo
it looks like we have big upside and the jump in the share price today should herald a further rise. Give PA some credit.

Definitely looks as if progress has been made on the funding front, albeit still with a long way to go. With 100% of the offtake from Longonjo potentially going to be taken up by third parties this looks increasingly like two separate projects with Longonjo the more advanced. This is the least profitable part of the overall project with PA talking (when I spoke to him at the AGM last year) about 10-15% margins here versus 60-70% for Saltend. Saltend financing changed slightly from a year ago when it was $175m bond (now $150m)and $75m strategic partners etc.(now $75m). Lots of talk then about how difficult it was to raise money at an acceptable rate and I would question whether the backdrop has improved materially since then (marginally better perhaps?).

The companies involved in the MSP have already been announced. PRE wasn't one of them, even though it was a nominee from at least 2023.
So what was the purpose of the meeting? To repeat the meaningless reassurance that Pensana was important but not part of the strategy?
