>>usually mysteriously rise before a placing.

Granted that's correct and that insider dealing or the Brooker acting on behalf of the client

That's not insider dealing, is it.merely utilising a known pattern based on public information.

So there is 70p share price and insider dealing making money from a secret fund raise...

And the complete lack of evidence to support this is a fantasy

Is not insider trading a crime?

We all know that now, the only question is what price? For all we know it's already been done at 44p and will be announced this week. Perhaps that's why the share price was boosted to 70p a few weeks ago, to allow the front-running insider traders in the City to make their normal fat profits.

Try this for a 360degree view of the Saltend chemical park

If you look on the Pensana website - pensana.co.uk - there is a couple of December 2022 pictures of Saltend developments - offices & water mains

the site must be close to one or both of the water cooling towers shown in the 360degree view - I reckon you could drive straight up to the Pensana development

"Leeches on capital markets with uneconomic concepts and their predictable failures are part of the reason, why China will retain its lead in rare earth, why ex-China rare earth will remain a minefield for casual investors and a bottomless pit for subsidies from well-meaning but uninformed governments.

Such leeches can also become a serious reputational liability for their collaborators."

At saltend they moved the mains water pipe, like they said in a previous RNS. The site was cleared, but I'm perplexed why you expect anything else.
The company has no money, their wage bill is $4m a year and they are paying $1.6m/year to some company in Germany /Portugal. They also owed $3,5m to suppliers in the accounts to June. Then there are millions of other costs such as leases.Against this they had $2.5m cash.
The twitter pictures show virgin fields. No surprise.

Probably could ask the company itself to provide some updated pictures. Sure they would be happy to do that.

No sorry I live 120 miles north and am not bothered, I trust PA that the site isn't a hole in the ground and the reputable companies he's hired aren't frauds.Would still be interesting to see any photos.

mhssh Do you seriously think your speculation carries any weight. Clearly it is speculation as nothing you say is stated as FACT ! But I do hope you are right about the Gates and Security, as it would show that the Company takes their Public Safety obligations seriously. As for the Market being 'Right' I am constantly remined that it is more often than not 'Wrong' and is usually playing catch up to past events. There are very few Buffets in this World, and all of them seem to have made their fortune going against the Markets !

Now I am sure you will find somebody to actually go out to Saltend next Sunday and report back that the site has been abandoned.

I guess on arrival Saltend one would be met by two very large gates and two equally large gentlemen (talking 150kgs). Best tell PA one will be passing Saltend and please provide a letter authorising entry to the Saltend/PRE site. As for the prospects for PRE, if the market is anything to go by, it ain't looking good. The market has a funny way of being right.
