Yumyum, "A few years" On what grounds do you make this statement ?

The Company says production by Q1 2021, do you have better information or are you making a judgment based on your own personal experience ? If so it would be enlightening to know exactly what your field of expertise is in. I am a mining Engineer with over forty years experience in building Mining facilities, the longest a build of this size has taken me was Nine months.

You still have not answered my question "Which company do you consider is going to be the leader in Rare Earths production in 2023 ?"

Prices as of yesterday look like $104.45/kg for Neodymium Oxide, and $81.65/kg for Praseodymium Oxide. Steamy.

What the price might be when Pensana gets into production in a few years' time is of course unclear.

Americans believe exactly what they are 'told to believe in', very rarely do they actually do their own research into the Fundamentals of any issue. And if somebody actually questions the credibility of the System they immediately get dumped on and are labelled Socialists. Fertile ground for Con-men, Corporate thieves and Shysters; "If" anybody ever casts a doubt on MP they can be labeled "Enemy lovers" !

When MP collapses, which it will; the American shareholders will be told "You had fair warning, it had gone bust three times previously"

We just need to get the show properly on the road. Once there is something concrete happening then the price should fly. I suppose that means waiting for the BFS - unfortunately.

All, The New York prices are getting hard to find,K!tc0 (our usual source) are not updating the price changes in their published table and seem to be time traveling ? however they are sort of updating their Graphs.

Since the Kid's last graph (Nov 30); NdO has risen US$2.65 or 2.8% from US$94.25/kg to US$96.90/kg last night
Praseodymium has remained stable at US$80.30/kg

By my calculations NdPr (75/25) is now worth around US$92.75/kg which is 36% higher than Roskill's base price used in the PFS :)

At this rate Nd and shortly after NdPr will break the US$100/kg before D1 2021 ?

Mountain Pass is a Con Job, they won't cover Invested cost unless Nd reaches US$150/kg, at which point Pensana would have an EPS > US$2/pa and a MC > US$1.6T (PE:40:1 as per LYC)

Not my share at all but just to point out....since your useful insight, MP's market value went UP by about the same (and more) as Pensana's total market value.

After the formal AGM business ( passing of resolutions ) Paul A gave a brief statement on current status of the project and answered previously submitted questions. My summary is below.

The updated BFS which covers all operations in Angola will be completed by end of January. The BFS will include mining, production of rare earth (RE) concentrate, on site processing of the RE concentrate to RE sulphate product, infrastructure and support services.

The RE sulphate process will be patented and was chosen instead of the previously envisaged RE carbonate process as it had lower capex and opcosts.

The Re sulphates will be shipped to the UK for processing into the RE oxide product for sale. Three possible sites are being studied for the refinery , all sites are eligible for UK govt financial incentives and the decision on the site will be announced shortly.

The study of the UK based operations will be completed by the end of January, albeit to the level of a scoping or pre feasibility study and consequently lower accuracy of the capex and opcost estimates.

Nevertheless the total costs of the entire project wavailable at the end of January will be suitable for financing and these options include equity, debt and UK government and EU finance.

Construction in Angola is planned to start in 1Q 2021 which will make Pensana the front runner of any new RE projects.

With the benefits of SETS trading on the LSE, the board is going to consider whether Pensana should drop its ASX listing.

Peak quite behind the curve for funding maybe. They had the UK refinery idea ahead of Pensana I think?
