Not a real price as not able to buy any shares but can sell.
Looks like the market makers want to flush out weak holders

So will the MMs take the above and the big contract win into account, or mark the price down much further?

Good question! I dislike the practice of MMs pricing up news before investors have actually had a chance to buy or sell. They all too often get it wrong and kill off fair value.

Anyway, I guess given the trading volumes over the last two weeks some investors were anticipating some news.

Disappointing they haven't been quite as transparent as they could have been. 'Buying opportunity' coming up:)

Certainly big potential but this is a scooby doo profit warning. They have realised current model is flawed and they need cash.Next news will be "equity fundraising to support recent large contract win"

Terrific contract win this morning - mixed with predictable news that revenues will be significantly less than expectations due to the shift in revenue model to recurring revenues.

It's worth noting that with 2019 revenues of a minimum $6.5m, the $6.0m-$7.0m of additional revenue which would have been recognised under the old licence revenue basis would have smashed the $10.5m revenue forecasts.

With the m/cap already down to $13.5m, you'd hope that this would already have been factored in. So will the MMs take the above and the big contract win into account, or mark the price down much further?

Interesting to see what happens - there's still big potential here imo.

Anyway, see for new thread with charts/news/fundamentals in the header. I believe Marty is no longer keen on maintaining this one.

Oversold and overbought measures have a negative statistical expectancy meaning if you use them to try and do the opposite you will eventually lose money - not my opinion but fact based on historical data

Hmm... It's possible that it was "oversold". MMs probably have a big overhang on their hands considering they've hardly budged despite the volumes bought last Monday and today - in fact they are down on last Monday's price.

Back to an earlier comment about the dearth of contract announcements - my reading is simply that these guys are struggling as hinted in the interims. The industry (martech/adtech/customer engagement/analytics) is tough and highly fragmented and life is difficult for the smaller guys. I think it is tougher yet given PTRO's focus on developing economy telcos.

I'll be keen to read their next trading update or preferably next contract win RNS and gauge how they are getting on.

Well if there is great, it won't take much to turn it.

I thought it was oversold after the 'warning' which was how people took it although management did qualify it and, shortly after, gave a telephone interview to Simon Thompson and his subsequent article made it pretty clear he thought the odds were strongly skewed to the upside.

Seems to be priced on the idea that they are not going to make the guidance offered by fincap. Two points for me , the directors are saying they will and secondly so what if they do fall a bit short but are demonstrating growth and a good pipeline. More upside than down here for me.

Combined technicals such as RSI, MACD, Volume look like a potential turning point today; whether applicable to the market in this small stock - hmm. Maybe there's some fundamental news on the way?

I hope that comparing with this time last year is not too telling, but there were already several contract wins announced since the interims whereas this year .. nothing.

If they get the H2 revenue they expect to be able to get, then eps of 12p for the current year puts them on a silly PE ratio and the share price will move sharpish. Even if they fall a bit short, with the growth potential and high margins the risk discount seems overdone. I hope.

I hope you're right rivaldo, I was in at 80p before the half-year report trashed the price. Still very high risk with increasing cost base imho. Cash situation looks highly uncomfortable if I'm reading it right - some of that 'pipeline' needs to be actually in the bank during H2.
On pushing revenues back, into H2 or beyond, it seems many have interpreted that as a profit warning and I don't blame them for selling. Being slow to react, I'm resigned to see how things play out.
