Price more than doubled since 27th July, something must be happening. Big volume transacted so far today, about 850k. A few weeks ago 2.5 million changed hands just before the recent low price. My simplistic assumption is that someone is looking to gain a substantial holding. Anyone seen anything factual ?

Wow..
Hawkins has managed to take an entity holding about 15p/share and significant turnover if my memory is correct....

To be worth 2.9p/share...& with a lot of staff being sacked..& mkt is concerned whether the share price will or wont survive.

Hawkins= incompetence imo

Put 2 shirts on Vislink, around 50p & 60p as it kept going up...I thought mkt was nuts...over time I was proved right....but sad to see what a disaster it has been.

( if you dont trust dirs, or dirs ramp in RNSs or over enrich themselves.....then avoid the shares, the high risk is not worth taking)

Initially, after the sale announced, things looked good. Great little software company (PB) with no debt, and on less than 3x sales. Then it all started to go wrong. Firstly xG negotiated a lower price. Secondly, the Vislink Comms business hemorrhaged cash whilst the deal was being done/negotiated which cratered the balance sheet (as soon as I realized this, exited the stock). Finally, the PB business itself had a disappointing Q4 (not surprising given the other uncertainties).

Whilst PB remains a good business, I'm not certain that it can sustain the level of debt which it has, and as such, I think there's a significant risk that the business goes into administration and then sold free of the debt to some acquirer. I suspect that there will be very little for current shareholders, but of course, where's there is life, there is hope!!

Had a punt on this once the wheels started to come off. Still holding as pointless selling at this point. Any thoughts on possible outcome?

As I thought, xG never had the money to pay for the hardware division of Vislink. Legal transfer was made to them and they basically refused to pay.
Someone should go to jail for this. Good 'ol Anglo-Saxon white-collar crime at its very best.

But they consistently get away with it. I see he's already on the board of one company and chairman of another. People like this just seem to go from one top job to another. Look at what has gone on at Vislink and some of the other companies he's been involved in. How do they get away with it? He is not the only one either. AIM is littered with companies where let's say to put it mildly that they do not put the shareholders first. Whilst the various government bodies allow it then it will continue.

I bent over for Hawkings also. Brought two loads around 17-18p then sold around 8.5p days later. It's like playing poker with crooks!
