they probably only needed a couple £m or less this year so why raise so much in one go!
it was only few months previous they had given us a special dividend implying the business didn't need the extra cash in the balance when it actually did

Re: Finncap, yes a better broker. I think it is also about dropping N=1 Singer after the botched fund raise, a necessary step to restoring relations with investors.

To be fair to the co. they did announce in their 5th Dec update that with revenue momentum taking time to build a placing may be necessary to give them chance to take full advantage of the opportunities ahead of them. Market ignored that warning and bid the shares up anyway.

company has lost credibility with a lot of small holders with the deeply discounted placing
a pricing of which could have been announced much earlier IMHO
a few smaller holders like me are left wondering why we bothered to invest
why do new shareholders always have the the silver spoon
surely it should be existing holders?

Decent contract today, they seem to have hit the ground running after the placing.
Should be a good year here imo. Definitely one to watch.

I have been buying back in. Seems like the closest we are going to get to the placing price. So if anyone felt grieved about not getting in at the placing price (which i did), here is the opportunity. This does not validate the actions of the company with regards to ignoring private investors. They have undoubtedly shaken PI confidence here.

Well I don't think its going to retrace more than this.

Valuation back down to £21m and with £4.6m cash for expansion. Probably good time to buy in.

Indeed. Was a holder in this from IPP days. However sold out all my remaining holding now. Them shafting PI's left a bad taste in mouth. Also not convinced about the setting up of US unit from scratch and the road map forward for it. May be wrong on latter but in present toppy market then for me the risk / reward ratio for this stock makes it not worth holding now as I already made a reasonable profit from it. Some stocks I still monitor after selling with view to buying in again - but this won't be one of those - It'll be sell and forget this one for me. Anyway good luck to remaining holders.
