The placing is taking place now. They are forward dumping stock that's where today's drop from blue to red has come from. However as the price is under the nominal value they cannot announce a placing just yet. When enough money has been raised they consolidate the shares, place diluted stock and thank shareholders for their continual support......and still no deal is announced.

Burning £150k a month and with four directors, nomads, brokers and a worthless PR company to pay PGCE does not have the money to do an RTO.

In the interest of being humane and saving further shareholder losses the AIM regulators should take a shotgun to this company and put everybody out of their misery.

Loan conversions, exercise of warrants, placings, exercise of options, public demonstrations and drill results that show oil/gas in no real commercial quantities. The share is for amateur AIM traders. Every time there is a fluttering of interest the company dilutes.

UKOG has no oil or gas and even if it had it is light years away from commercially producing any assuming it can jump all the political and regulatory hurdles. Invest here and watch your money drip drip away whilst the mugs around you scream buy before they sell with their 5% gains or losses the following day. AVOID.
