In a nut shell it is a tax efficient scheme where a company can use deferred shares for wages instead of draining its cash resources. In plain English its just another placing dressed up as an incentive plan. I also suspect this is where these new big TR-1 holders got their recent shares from.

Why is it there has been a few notifying holdings over the last few weeks. What is it that they know the rest of us don't. If they have bought shares because they know of impending deals then that is insider trading. I do not believe this is the case. What I do believe is that they have bought forward sold placing shares on the guarantee they would be able to offload them at a premium when news is eventually released. Operational news is guaranteed before 31/12 /2018 or the shares will be suspended.

As we enter the final week of November 2018 you have more chance of seeing Nessie the Lochness monster than you have of seeing any Chinese deals from PCGE or any deals for that matter. Thick Mugmagoo1 on LSE is now claiming its going to be a Xmas present. I suspect the lying rampers over there have taken forward sold placing shares at 0.10p and are trying to offload the sh1t. Its all backfired and it serves them right.
