I mentioned a while back that I was prepared to give this outfit until the end of July to come up with something positive or I would attempt to ask the authorities to investigate this company more deeply.

Yesterday I contacted Damson Communications, via their e-mail address at the bottom of the most recent RNS, as an "angry and concerned shareholder" in particular highlighting the financially nonsensical arrangement with Riverfort.

I did receive a very prompt and polite reply stating that my concerns were understood and that the Board were working very hard. I replied to thank them for the prompt reply but also asked that a member of the Board contact me at my e-mail address. Again, Damson replied promptly and politely and said they would ensure that my concerns and details were passed to the Board.

I've received nothing since but I appreciate that my last contact was less than 24 hours ago. I am giving this management until next Friday to either contact me with some sort of explanation as to what is exactly going on or to inform us of some positivity via RNS. If neither occurs then I shall attempt to bring this company to the attention of the relevant authorities (if they're not already aware of them) as a potential subject for closer scrutiny.

It cannot go bust whilst they can still steal mug PI money. When that dries up that is when they are bust. All depends if they can consolidate again.

Sit tight Mr White old chap, I will soon produce sufficient evidence to you that no placing is being worked, considered or being punted around. Not to say they will not lift in the future, but that is AIM.

So your 100% may just take a small reduction LOL.

For the record I also hope I am wrong regarding another placing. This company has broken another AIM record. The 1 code as a share trade has been used on this stock more than any other without being followed up by news.

You've been calling this wrong for many months. I hope P White is wrong with his forecasts but the share price action does point to yet another placing/dilution at 0.10p. How many more shaftings are shareholders prepared to accept here?

Taken a position here over the last few sessions. I had some communications with one of the NED's, and feel comfortable buying at this particular time (for my own reasons of course).

There may well be a snap RNS that could catch a few out.
