News has to be on or before 30/09/2018 or the shares will be suspended. That news is coming shortly is a definite. As for any news that will reward LTH to me the share price indicates there is worse news to come.

That the company has just over a $1m in cash is the reason why the share price has collapsed 95% since the April 2017 UK Investor Show. It is all PI money accumulated by trashing the share price through death spiral scams and forward selling discounted placing shares.

The share price would need to rise 800% to get it back to the price it was in April 2017. Recent investors will w*nk themselves silly if deal news raises the share price by 50% but spare a thought for those who've been here for over a year.

Virtually everybody who owns this stock bought at the lowest point when they bought. It hasn't stopped 99.99% of them from losing their money. The regulatory authorities should investigate this company and the false claims it has made over many years.

The company did not give any specific date they said before the end of August 2018. It was on the 15th last year. The stock has dripped to the nominal value. So its either still the remnants of the Riverfort scam or something else crossed my mind which is a possible plan to de-list. That would support a categorical denial of further placings because they cannot raise funds without another consolidation or a re-rating of the share price.

Not long to find out if they keep to their word over the timing of the results.

The Riverfort scam ends this month I suspect these sells are the final remnants as there has been no official announcement the debt has been settled to relieve "downward pressure " on the share price LOL.

I still remain sceptical but the man has come out and put his cards on the table for all to see. The wording "categorically denies" is pretty strong and I doubt it's been used lightly.

Personally, I reckon he knows that shareholders are not going to take another placing/dilution shafting laying down after all the recent shenanigans. I also reckon that he knows that now is the time to attempt to deliver on something. Whether he's successful is another matter entirely but he's going to have to do it with what he's currently got.

The two e-mail replies I had from Damson had a female's name at the bottom. Double-barrelled surname with letters after it. I'd forgotten about RP's connection with Damson. Yet another example, if one were needed, where shareholders making genuine enquiries through the company's (independent????) PR company are potentially being treated with complete contempt.

Interestingly, RP's name doesn't appear in the contacts section of the RNS but McDowall's does. At the moment his continued presence is the one thing that is giving me a tiny bit of hope. I'm not sure that he would have risked his reputation by getting involved with a company that had the potential of turning into an outright scam.

That's because it is highly likely RP is responding to your emails through his Damson account. The re-engagenent of Damson was just a stunt. Don't be surprised if the final accounts don't appear until end of September when they are officially due. The maximum time is required to dump as many of the new 0.10p shares as possible.

Also the experience I have had with Damson! Unable to answer any questions but promise to pass onto BoD. I do wonder (aside from RP being involved with them) why we have employed their services again if all they can do is pass onto BoD!?

Our actions are, unfortunately, almost certainly futile but it's the principle of trying to do something which matters to me. I am contemplating contacting the Serious Fraud Office. They'll probably laugh at me but......who knows?

If anyone else out there feels that they want to attempt to apply a bit of pressure here then the e-mail address is: [e-mail]. As I previously posted, my e-mails were dealt with very efficiently and politely by a member of the Damson team. They are the middle-men but they assured me that my concerns would be passed on to the Board.

CH1 for all it’s worth I wrote to the regulators yesterday - I am sure I’m not the first
