21/2/2018 18:56 | I only belong to this Bulletin Board so am blind to the apparently busy traffic regarding PCGE on LSE and other means. What's the consensus elsewhere at the moment? Thanks | chopper harris1
21/2/2018 18:13 | Flightman and Danyo. Litigation does not necessarily involve a court hearing once solicitors are involved it is termed as litigation. Solicitors are members of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. "Litigation is the term used to describe proceedings initiated between two opposing parties to enforce or defend a legal right. Litigation is typically settled by agreement between the parties, but may also be heard and decided by a jury or judge in court." | pwhite73
21/2/2018 17:35 | Danyo, I heard a rumour Gash is being courted to replace RP! Remember you heard it here first. | froth2
21/2/2018 08:37 | If it does turn out that the Black Swan shares have already been disposed of then his position surely becomes untenable. We could be worrying unnecessarily but this speculation will remain for as long as there is no confirmation of placing/holdings. | chopper harris1
21/2/2018 08:16 | He may well have we have to wait and see. What I would also add is that with the Proactive Investor interviews being pulled, the failure to announce the placing and the seeming failure to announce a new business for PCGE don't rule out a resignation. A resignation would give him the ideal opportunity to cash in everything take all the wages the company owes him and walkaway. Heck if Bryant can get £280k how much would Poulden get, the entire cash balance? | pwhite73
20/2/2018 20:09 | Blimey, this is all getting a bit concerning. Either they're going through a Keystone Cops type phase or it's turning into something more sinister. What are your thoughts on the Black Swan placing shares, Whitey? Do you reckon they've already shifted them for a quick profit? | chopper harris1
20/2/2018 19:11 | The morons on LSE chat can't work out why the Proactive Investors interviews have all been pulled. Its called destroying the evidence the pr1cks. | pwhite73
20/2/2018 09:21 | Some urgent clarification is required here to confirm that the new placing shares have been admitted to AIM and whether or not Black Swan still hold the 62,500,000 shares purchased on behalf of RP's trust. You can't really blame Beaufort if they've made money by disposing of the other 275m shares because even though in my opinion they are just a bucket shop broker, this is how they do their business and make their dosh. But if Black Swan have already disposed of their heavily discounted allocation then that is an entirely different matter. One of the positives in that placing RNS was that the CEO had invested £125k of his own money. If they've already been disposed of to make a quick 30% to 50% return then that, though perfectly lawful, would be completely inexcusable, in my opinion. Let's have our minds put at rest in the form of a confirmatory RNS, please. | chopper harris1
20/2/2018 08:41 | I would rather they had the common decency to jump off a tower-block. | froth2
20/2/2018 07:56 | smart solutions/MrMagoo31 Will you please have the common decency to let everybody know you are ok. | pwhite73
20/2/2018 07:55 | BTB Are you pretending to be thick or what. That news will eventually come is a 100% certainty. All AIM companies without exception announce operational news whether good or bad. The live issue here is what is happening to your money in the meantime. Those who invested after the April 2017 investor show now need a 400% increase just to break even. You will note there has been no update on the new placing shares why? is it because RP has dumped his 0.20p stock already. Crypto Bob was appointed to give the impression the company was moving into crypto-currency only to discover mining waste was the failed target. You have to accept the fact that PCGE is nothing more than a Private Pension Plan for senior executives coming to the end of their careers. | pwhite73
20/2/2018 07:08 | It's not so much waiting for any news but the depressing downwards trend of the share price in the meantime, as bucket shop shysters, with the apparent blessing of the management, have a free hand in manipulating events in order to line their own pockets first before any real benefit reaches the company or its shareholders. | chopper harris1
19/2/2018 23:57 | The news will come. Too many people on these boards expect news within days. Too many short termers IMO. Invest your money and wait. For goodness sake we are valued at sub £2M The CEO has put in £125K of his own money and we have cash of around £1.5M and a gambling licence to boot In addition we can start up a company any time we want to if we want to in China. Just have some patience. Having said that I do feel for those long term holders | billthebank
19/2/2018 17:16 | Even if it is a scam as with all scams they have that last pump before it gets wiped out. A fake pump. Apparently there's an interview pending with company director let's see what that brings with it, then its pick your spot and out onto the next. | margic
19/2/2018 17:03 | Bid now at 0.19p. Is that the equivalent of a pre-consolidation all-time low? Been trying to work it out but with all these different fractions of a penny, it all becomes a bit confusing. If this does turn out to have been one big scam then the perpetrators will surely need to have their collars felt and PCGE used as a shining example of all that's bad on AIM. | chopper harris1
19/2/2018 15:27 | I thought the @340m shares were as good as squared away: Black Swan taking @62m and Beaufort the remaining 275m? If they can't even conclude something as relatively straightforward as that without resorting to ducking here and diving there then it's no surprise that their credibility is so low. | chopper harris1
19/2/2018 15:17 | Truly shocking. | festario
19/2/2018 14:22 | Well I'm one of those who has just taken more stock. Doubled original holding Ave 0.24325p. Will be in profit soon. | margic
19/2/2018 14:15 | Why did RP do the interview? Because I believe the placing shares were stuck. He couldn't shift enough with the update promise trick. They are now shifting them with the usual 10% margin. | pwhite73
19/2/2018 13:41 | Well I did warn the placing and Bob's comment was the update. The cycle repeats itself. Out with all the old shareholders who were holding this time last year and in with the new excited shareholders who bought in on the new placing shares. New rampers at 0.23p will turn up here and on LSE chat. | pwhite73 |
