The company said on or about 12/02/2018. If they have been admitted a statement is required to confirm the total voting rights and the new percentage holders.

They have renewed their China gambling licences so not sure how they would have done that and why if they have no presence in China.

I'm not sure they ever gave any indication of how much free cash was left in the coffers.

Mr White, I'm almost as sceptical of this company as you are but I'm assuming that the new shares were admitted to the stock exchange for trading on 12th February, otherwise we would have had to have been notified to the contrary. I also thought they moved their office and operations out of China some time ago. And did they not already have more than enough cash in the coffers to meet Bryant's compensation before the latest placing?

The "low returns from the Riverfort deal" is, however, in my opinion, a bit of an understatement. The amount of cash received is pathetic when balanced against the damage that this continuing deal is doing to the company's credibility.

Still no news on the placing. This is a matter for concern. If the placing does not go ahead does the company have the cash to continue given the low returns from the Riverfort deal, staff still employed in China, directors still to be paid and the settlement with the ex-CEO.

BTB I have covered this subject already. When the clever fox tweeted on 26/01/2018 that news was due in the next 1 - 2 weeks at the most he knew the placing and corporate update was coming out on 29/01/2018. The news due now is confirmation of the placing and that he hasn't already dumped his stock onto Joe Mug PI.

Second day into the following week after the week that BIG NEWS was definitely going to be announced. Shareholders should have heard by now whether the placing occured.

I wonder why there is no news? Is it because such news would reveal whether Black Swan really invested in the company or has already dumped its £125k onto mug PIs.

Should get some good news soon, push the share price toward 1p+ imo. Not sure this price will hang around long as the market will start expecting some decent new news in the coming days and weeks. Expecting a good rise here soon when this gets through 0.35p

I meant hit as in, ready to be brought or sold. Companies valuation has taken an extra £1mil valuation as a result of the new cash position.

s/p looks solid so far ...not sure those shares will 'hit' the market like they do for most companies....
