11/2/2018 12:20 | Sorry can't get involved in this nonsense. Investment is a serious business. I have edited this post and removed my other responses. | pwhite73
11/2/2018 09:13 | blueblood - "What if deal is dependent on funding" If you cast your mind back to the Procactive Investor interview the question was put to RP if Riverfort was providing funding because they were aware of a deal. RP said no because if those were the grounds on which Riverfort were providing funding it would be insider dealing. This also applies to RP, Beaufort Securities and anybody else. You clearly do not understand what insider dealing is. Let me explain. Company A needs money to drill oil well ABC123. Company A places 1 billion shares to raise funds. The directors take part in the placing. No problem with that. Company A has already drilled oil well ABC123 and has discovered 100 billion barrels of oil but the news has not been released to the markets. Company A places 1 billion shares to extract and refine the oil for sale. The directors take part in the placing. That is insider dealing. The directors are taking part in a placing sitting on information that is likely to send the shares soaring but has not yet been released to markets. Now consider what you are saying about RP £125k funding and the PCGE crypto? deal. RP has to announce the deal first and that it is depending on funding. Only then can he take part in any placing. | pwhite73
11/2/2018 08:45 | Of course he can release news. What if deal is dependent on funding and need to wait until final confirmation of funding tomorrow. 17m buy is not a bit of a gamble is it! | blueblood
10/2/2018 09:01 | Why is it when one individual spends a large some of money it is interpreted as a sign of good things to come but when lots of people collectively spend the same amount of money nobody ever comments. 17m is £34k. All it takes is 10 individuals to spend £3.4k each and the same amount is achieved. So the two weeks is up and there has been no earth shattering news as I said there would not be. As one would expect people have now shifted their attentions to next week when the placing shares hit the markets. But again as I have said there can be no earth shattering news on the horizon because Black Swan is a company owned by Richard Poulden. If he were buying £125k worth of shares at a discounted 0.20p just before he releases earth shattering news it would be tantamount to insider dealing. Nothing will be announced next week except the placing shares and any news that does not materially change the value of the company. | pwhite73
09/2/2018 23:04 | Well someone's was happy to buy 2.5% of that company at the weeks highest price. | margic
09/2/2018 10:39 | Oh dear! Thought there was going to be news this week? My little top-up on Monday appears to have been ill-timed (again!). The new batch of @340m shares hits the market next Monday. Let's hope that these are now regarded by all those who purchased them at the (then) heavily-discounted price of 0.20p as a bottom-line and a fresh start, for the common good. | chopper harris1
09/2/2018 08:54 | RP gave an operational update on the 29/01/2018. They will raise more funds and continue with the business strategy to return shareholder value. In the finals the company stated it had renewed its gaming licences. That's where you still are into gaming funded by even further dilution. | pwhite73
08/2/2018 23:05 | Tv rights bids tomorrow for football..... | margic
08/2/2018 15:43 | What if it is on the way?You have 50% increase in shares, against a 1.8mil market cap. Then you have 675k cash coming into the business, it's not the worst deal. If they announce a deal or something good you can see the market cap heading toward 5-10mil. £500k in the bank is good, even for a cash shell. | margic
08/2/2018 09:20 | Unless I'm reading it wrong I don't think there are another one billion shares to shift at 0.20p. The total amount of newly-placed shares appears to be a tad under 340 million, bringing the total amount of shares in issue to just over one billion. Still not great, I agree, because with the Riverfort deal and the company's penchant for placings through 'bucket shop' brokers, it won't be too long before the number of shares in issue is back to the pre-consolidated amount. Unless, of course, things change in the meantime with some positive news and/or a sea change in how the company operates with these brokers. | chopper harris1
