08/2/2018 08:23 | This was the tweet that RP made regarding forth coming news. Richard Poulden @RPoulden Jan 26 Richard Poulden Retweeted Matt "Yes you can. 1-2 weeks at most." The following Monday 29th January 2018 There was news on a placing and a corporate update from Bob McDowall regarding the settlement of the litigation and the going forward with the company's business. On top of the existing Riverfort deal they have another one billion shares to shift at 0.20p. They need mug PIs to think something big is on the way. | pwhite73
06/2/2018 18:44 | Bums are twitching amongst the LSE dyslexics. I think Magoo is taking English lessons from Royoboy. Quite an achievement to be the two least educated people on a board full of idiots! | froth2
06/2/2018 14:15 | Danyo11 RP has commented on what the company is doing. Shareholders were updated in the finals that the company had renewed its gaming licences in China and Canada. The soaring value of crypto stocks. The appointment of Bob McDowal and last but by no means least BB speculatiion has led many to think the company was moving into crypto. RP and BM both said with the litigation out of the way they could now update shareholders on what was happening. What was happening was a placing to pursue the company's aim to return value to shareholders.I can see why you think a more comprehensive update is due and on this ocassion you may be right. But from my experience with these dog rubbish AIM stocks that is not how I read events. | pwhite73
06/2/2018 13:35 | Point taken | margic
06/2/2018 13:29 | PW he tweeted on the NB settlement in that 'we can also now comment on what we are doing' and latterly confirming there would be an operational update in 1-2 weeks at most. IMO what we got was in no way an operational update, and no comments on what they are doing. I also don't see anything in the RNS that they could not have announced before litigation was sorted. If we take RP at his word then more to come - the clock is ticking tho. | danyo11
06/2/2018 11:22 | Danyo11 RP tweeted there would be an update in 1-2 weeks at the most. You received a capital fund raising and operational update on 29/01/2018. Margic I agree meetings can be held any time but you would need an RTO to jump from one sector to another. You can't be an oil company one week and after an EGM your selling womens underwear the next. | pwhite73
06/2/2018 11:12 | I don't think a company can only change business direction with an RTO. You may wanna check on that for future preference, pretty sure a meeting can be called. | margic
06/2/2018 10:59 | I don’t think anyone has said a RTO is happening before the 12th. Nothing to stop the operational update as promised is my point. | danyo11
06/2/2018 10:59 | Ain't over till you've sold or companies gone kapout! Most surviving stocks will cycle one way or the other, be that rise or be that major consolidation. | margic
06/2/2018 10:57 | lol that's not worth it now!! The point is, you need first direct to let you and only you decide when to through good money in. You can only call it bad money once you've sold and lost. I held some losing stock once for 4 years. Condor res, then one day outta nowhere boom, a losing £1250 investment that was worth the best part of £150 for most those years was eventually sold at £22500 and once stood at £40k. That was good money invested that became great money later. ;) | margic
06/2/2018 10:50 | Danyo11 Not sure what you're on about. An RTO requires an EGM which in turn normally requires 21 days notice. No RTO is taking place before 12/02/2018. | pwhite73
06/2/2018 10:45 | PW - The 12th is only on Monday, could still fit within the given timescales. I'm not convinced that we will actually be moving from the core business of gaming. Renewed gaming license and Jack Sun is still employed as far as we are aware? | danyo11
06/2/2018 10:32 | Have just made another complaint to First Direct for changing their minds and giving me the opportunity to chuck more good money after bad!!! And Margic, surely they're not contemplating another placing already? | chopper harris1
06/2/2018 08:26 | The placing has already been announced the 1 billion new shares are due to hit the market on 12/02/2018. You use the term contract but RP used the term RTO in relation to PCGE. If PCGE were to change into a crypto-currency company or any company unrelated to its current business activities (gaming) it would require an RTO as advised by RP in the Proactive interview. Such an RTO would require a period of suspension of trading in the shares and a re-admission document submitted to the AIM. That the placing shares are due to hit the market on 12/02/2018 suggests there is no RTO in the pipeline and no fundamental change to the company's business. | pwhite73
05/2/2018 15:24 | Which will it be, contact or placing or placing then contract or both? Placing then contract would work well. No placing and contact even nicer!Gl all | margic
05/2/2018 15:21 | But of forward selling here perhaps, would be nice if it's not placing related. | margic
05/2/2018 14:17 | At risk of boring people with my personal situation, I can now buy PCGE again with First Direct and have had a small top-up. Time will tell if I end up wishing that FD had maintained their purchasing restriction. Good luck to all. | chopper harris1
05/2/2018 14:16 | pwhite, are there any shares that you DO recommend? or do you just post negatively as PWhite73 and post positively elsewhere, under another username? | lady garden
05/2/2018 13:54 | Margic Yes people are buying pcge shares but not just at the moment but ever since RP gave his presentation in April 2017. But at every turn RP has put in place a mechanism where Joe Mug PI is standing last in the queue for his soup. This time it's still no different. No amount of news is going to shift this stock to the benefit of PIs. Just look at all the straight buys FFS. Nothing's happening because Riverfort Black Swan and Beaufort are soaking them all up. | pwhite73
05/2/2018 11:06 | People are buying pcge shares at the moment. That can't be denied. Markets picking up on something. | margic
05/2/2018 10:44 | Don't think there's any chance of breaking through 1p. Me, I need just under 0.5p to break even on current holding and just under 0.7p to recoup my previous PCGE losses. I'm not optimistic while these shyster brokers, alluded to by Mr White, are allowed to continue to operate in their current manner. I would consider taking a chance and buy some more at this price just to make my break even target look slightly more attainable but as I've previously mentioned, First Direct will still not allow me to purchase any more shares since the consolidation. I can sell my current holding but they are not prepared to increase the amount they already hold in their nominee accounts. Something has obviously spooked them regarding this company to the point where they have apparently added PCGE to their list of "dodgy" stocks. | chopper harris1 |
