26/8/2017 15:11 | Did you not watch the proactive video last week? I say news within next two weeks. Still think it will multi bag by Xmas. | smart solution
26/8/2017 15:06 | They are always close to a deal. That is the point. They are five months closer to a deal today than when he appeared at the April 2017 UK Investor show. If you make that post next week they will be a week closer to a deal. If you know for fact that they are close to announcing a deal then that is a completely different matter and I take back every single word I have said. | pwhite73
26/8/2017 14:29 | Chill yer boots whitey... They are close to a deal....he said they have already knocked two gaming deals back...due dilligence has been going on a number of deals.. Nearly there. Keep the faith. | smart solution
26/8/2017 13:32 | Some people here and on LSE chat are saying well but RP is an investor in PGCE himself as he holds 137 million shares. For the record RP is not an investor in PGCE he is what is termed as a stake holder. What that means is that RP like all AIM Chairmen/CEO doesn't really suffer any losses as a result of holding shares. Directors can recover any losses on shares whether awarded or bought through wages, warrants, bonuses, business/holiday (wink, wink) trips abroad, loans to the company at 1000% whatever means they chose including the process of placing the company into administration. You are what is termed as an investor. You rely solely on an increase in the share price to receive any return from your cash investment in PGCE shares. This is not the case with RP or the other directors. Do not confuse stakeholders like RP with investors like yourself. | pwhite73
25/8/2017 10:12 | Understand your frustration White but Poulden seems to be giving messages a deal is close. Agree he needs to perfoem now and get this share price moving the last 6 months been awful. Keep the faith. | smart solution
24/8/2017 22:31 | Just filter white....he has nothing to say. Pcge is now a cash shell with plenty of cash and little outlay. A perfect reverse company if the right opp arises. There must be plenty of interest in this... the last rns hints at that. When the right deal pops up ... personally I would like the share price to fall back into the 6 and 7 levels before a deal is announced. | barnetpeter
24/8/2017 21:04 | PWhite73, you love to write about PCGE on daily basis, you starting to sound like a paid deramper? am I RIGHT? doesnt make much sense you keep writing the same opinion twice a day otherwise. Shall we just see what unfolds. | chanlfc
23/8/2017 18:25 | danyo11 You haven't called it wrong here. An example of calling it wrong is when you invest in a oil minnow and the company reports well PCGE125L is dry. Or goldmine PCGE109 has produced poor assay results. All that is happening here is that the company is continuing to dilute existing shareholders to death with the caveat:- "you're not going to see your Xmas present until Xmas Day". What are we fking five year olds. | pwhite73
23/8/2017 17:41 | Can't call it right all the time! Bottom line on of us know what's going on here - all in it for the gamble at end of day! Personally I need this to double just to break even so happy to admit called it wrong up to now, but IMO an exciting prospect moving forward | danyo11
23/8/2017 16:27 | I actually can vouch for PWhite as he called it spot on with Motive TV | 1i1i1i
23/8/2017 11:04 | Riverfort do know of a business plan and it's the same business plan that Cloudtag Motive Television and all those other dead companies had and that is to attract new PIs and keep hold of existing ones with jam tomorrow stories and dreams of multibaggers. I am really sorry to be so crude but that is exactly what is going on here. Like you and many others I am in far too deep. In a perverse sort of way it is much easier to sleep having lost the lot then leave with only a fraction of your original investment. Despite our differences of opinion we are both on the same side that is one thing I am certain of. | pwhite73
23/8/2017 10:52 | So if they sold their lot now, which they don't have as it hasn't gone above 0.10p, they'd be at a loss... | weller130
23/8/2017 10:52 | IMO I think Riverfort have a some kind of business strategy plan but maybe not the finer details. I dont see any financial institution lending money blindly. No business runs that way. Would a mortgage lender give you money without the proper checks, NO. I take what RP said about Riverfort not knowing with a pinch of salt. Anyway like I said, if you not a believer than you have a choice, like we all do. | chanlfc
23/8/2017 10:32 | chanlfc With due respect I believe what you have said is all wishful thinking. In the Proactive interview RP said Riverfort have no inside knowledge of any potential deals and these are people who have just put up £1,000,000. Quite frankly I believe RP. So if Riverfort have no idea what's going on I don't know how the hell you do.Riverfort intend to recuperate their money the same way as all the other dog stock AIM lenders do by the slow strangulation of PI investors. | pwhite73
23/8/2017 10:08 | PWite73, I think you got it all wrong, let see what happens, RTO will be pretty quick with all the ducks lines up already. They have been doing DD for many months now so they know what they getting into. Its just not made public at the moment. This is a mulitbagger for sure, RP keeps to himself for good reason. He came across professional and credible rather than arrogant IMO. Anyway each to there own, if you not happy, you may as well sell up. I'm waiting for the rerate. | chanlfc
20/8/2017 11:56 | ALPH Due to the ongoing orderly realisation of the Trust's investment property with the view of winding up the Group in due course, | sleveen
20/8/2017 10:59 | Check at ALPH.. Big bounce coming.. 50% shares TRADED.. 100K MCAP | letmepass
18/8/2017 09:05 | Whatever happens they cannot issue new shares if the share price is trading below the par value which is 0.10p. They currently are so the company anticipates the shares to be trading at or above 0.10p on or before 23/08/2017. | pwhite73 |
