For the eagle eyed amongst you the Riverfort deal was suppose to be over a 12 month period yet in the Proactive Investor interview RP advised of an RTO. Well an RTO will send the shares into suspension for months. So how does the Riverfort equity swap work when the frigging stock is suspended for 5 - 6 months. Unless of course there will be no RTO until after July 2018.

smart solutions - "I bought the 1.5 m at 0.629 p. Cheapest anyone ever bought I think."

Wrong again smarty pants. Riverfort bought their stock for 0.0p that's why they can afford to dump at 0.06p. D'you really think they picked up stock for 0.11p and are selling them for half price less than a month later.

I see they dumped another 5 million at 0.06p 16:14.

Lets see if they can smash the benchmark figure of 0.11p by 50% to 0.055p in the very first month of the deal.

Death spiral finance is death spiral finance no matter how you dress it up.

We know where this is going which is down and further down. There is no bottom for the Riverfort deal as it is a death spiral fund raise and the worst of its kind. I would also personally question the legality of it as the deal was announced at a time when the share price was below the par value.

Other stocks in the absence of positive news have traded as low as 0.015p. There is no reason why this cannot head there.

When the stock jumps from 0.015p to 0.045p on deal news the directors can boast of a 300% return to shareholders.

On LSE chat samadhi made his first post on 28/04/2017 stating he bought 3.7m

08/09/2017 he states he is holding 28m at 0.07/0.72
12/07/2017 bought another 7m
19/09/2017 bought another 5m
20/09/2017 bought another 5m

Even if he bought them all at 0.07p he would currently be nursing a £2250 loss if he holds 45 million.

And I won't even go into the millions he holds in MRS JLP AAOG SML.....etc.

Smart Solution - Do you have any info or is this just a hunch?

My gut is that we will not be going back into China (fool me once shame on you - fool me twice shame on me and all that).

Are you sure the licenses are something that can simply be sold on the open market as they are state issued? I am not sure how PCGE acquired them in the first place, did they come with CPDC?

bellesimo .... with respect you talked about 0.060p because I read LSE chat as well but you had not known for sure none of us did that's why we're all still here.

If you could sell your shares today for 0.11p you would for you can then buy back your 15m at 0.070p and probably lower over the coming weeks. You would have the same number of shares in one hand with cash in the other.

P White, if you don't mind me saying, I think you're doing a sterling job in highlighting what is going on here. Even if everything that's taking place is above board, your observations show just how the odds are stacked against us "small fry" investors. At the very least I think that the recent business between the company and Riverfort can quite reasonably be described as 'shysteresque'. Keep up the good work and put pressure on these people. It may be 'water off a duck's back' to them but it might help ram home the message that they can't continue to take liberties with our hard-earned cash.
