27/11/2012 14:20 | sol - back in mid 2010 talk was PCF was touting itself around and Hitachi and Bibby where linked. I think there was a share price spike, since then Bibby has made no secret of its expansion plans. PCFs balance sheet has been cleaned up and the share price is cheap as chips vs NAV - perfect time to acquire imho | grlz
27/11/2012 13:44 | A ramp GRLZ ? | solarno lopez
27/11/2012 13:32 | Looking very solid and well positioned - nice to see PCF increasing profits and securing additional funding lines. Profits up 40% 3yrs funding visibility NAV 17.6p Bargain bucket share price - rumours that Bibby may acquire. | grlz
27/11/2012 08:59 | Yes, good results and NAV much higher than the share price, which should tell management they have to do something actively to return value to shareholders. | blobby
27/11/2012 08:54 | Good results, I support it could creep up to under the warrant conversion price without too much trouble. | che7win
27/11/2012 07:30 | can't grumble with that update and results, they look well positioned for growth | empirestate
19/11/2012 22:47 | only three or so weeks to go to the interims folks. there has been plenty of positive reorganisation steps going on at the firm so hopefully these will translate into a decent update. With no weight on the share price now we could get some real momentum. GLA | empirestate
09/11/2012 14:10 | The interest paid on the new notes is significantly lower than the old notes so should enhance earnings. Looks like BB are happy to fund PCF's continued growth - exciting times ahead imho | grlz
09/11/2012 13:26 | I think you have to include the £9 in the capital as it changes the view from an ordinary share perspective? | blobby
09/11/2012 13:05 | So they just raised £9M and presently this has a capitalisation of £2.6. When will the market realise value. | knowing
08/11/2012 12:37 | Looks to have bottomed here. | knowing
31/10/2012 12:40 | 2013's have always looked solid - shares are due a re-rate pe is far to low | grlz
30/10/2012 16:32 | I would favour the convertables to the shares now - steady 6% dividend and option to convert at 8.5p. I have the 2013 ones which pay 8%, looking forward to getting the capital back next year. | che7win
30/10/2012 15:59 | empirestate, "on a p/e of around 4" Not so simple with all the new convertables "a re-rating of the shares in December" Let's hope so. | blobby
30/10/2012 15:50 | on a p/e of around 4 this is decent value. Would expect a re-rating of the shares in December. | empirestate
30/10/2012 15:48 | looks like a decent appointment and its good to see the co strengthening the team in the right areas. results due mid December so should be interesting. | empirestate
16/10/2012 19:00 | that takes care of the funding. a decent premium on the share price for conversion. | empirestate
16/10/2012 18:14 | Placing is underwrote by BCB - very undervalued share price imho | grlz
15/10/2012 13:26 | could be news brewing.. | grlz
15/10/2012 01:05 | that was a decent 150k buy on friday | empirestate
24/9/2012 11:56 | ... and can they pick up anything cheap from the administrators? | blobby
24/9/2012 11:31 | Good news for PCF - Tiuta plc has entered administration Now that a competitor has hit the wall, should allow PCF to increase margins and enjoy improved customer flow. DYOR | grlz
17/9/2012 21:36 | It's an excellent deal given they will have to buy them back at 100p next year... | che7win
17/9/2012 21:09 | purchasing their own debt is not a bad idea, but i would prefer them to use the cash more profitably though | empirestate |
