sol - back in mid 2010 talk was PCF was touting itself around and Hitachi and Bibby where linked. I think there was a share price spike, since then Bibby has made no secret of its expansion plans.

PCFs balance sheet has been cleaned up and the share price is cheap as chips vs NAV - perfect time to acquire imho

Looking very solid and well positioned - nice to see PCF increasing profits and securing additional funding lines.

Profits up 40%
3yrs funding visibility
NAV 17.6p

Bargain bucket share price - rumours that Bibby may acquire.

Yes, good results and NAV much higher than the share price, which should tell management they have to do something actively to return value to shareholders.

Good results, I support it could creep up to under the warrant conversion price without too much trouble.

can't grumble with that update and results, they look well positioned for growth

only three or so weeks to go to the interims folks. there has been plenty of positive reorganisation steps going on at the firm so hopefully these will translate into a decent update. With no weight on the share price now we could get some real momentum. GLA

The interest paid on the new notes is significantly lower than the old notes so should enhance earnings.

Looks like BB are happy to fund PCF's continued growth - exciting times ahead imho

I think you have to include the £9 in the capital as it changes the view from an ordinary share perspective?

So they just raised £9M and presently this has a capitalisation of £2.6. When will the market realise value.

2013's have always looked solid - shares are due a re-rate pe is far to low

I would favour the convertables to the shares now - steady 6% dividend and option to convert at 8.5p.

I have the 2013 ones which pay 8%, looking forward to getting the capital back next year.

empirestate,

"on a p/e of around 4"

Not so simple with all the new convertables

"a re-rating of the shares in December"

Let's hope so.

on a p/e of around 4 this is decent value. Would expect a re-rating of the shares in December.

that takes care of the funding. a decent premium on the share price for conversion.

... and can they pick up anything cheap from the administrators?

Good news for PCF - Tiuta plc has entered administration

Now that a competitor has hit the wall, should allow PCF to increase margins and enjoy improved customer flow.

It's an excellent deal given they will have to buy them back at 100p next year...

purchasing their own debt is not a bad idea, but i would prefer them to use the cash more profitably though
