We probably need to gain a bit more altitude before May/pre-Brexit jitters kick-in..... Looking to add, however they keep on walking this down on relatively low volume, so I will watch & wait.

Hi thanks for posting edison research, nice to see a very bullish IMO note. Happy to hold and may top up, AGM hopefully will see a trading update, let's see. Looks an odd fall IMO, maybe just someone offloading and for whatever reason, no buyers on other side....let's see what the next month brings...

Thank you for the info.You are a well researched poster,I read all your posts.This is a very good BB.I myself don't post often, don't feel the need to post, when we have people like you and many other informative posters.
I am invested here for the long run,share price girations will happen.I think this is a good top up time.Not long to wait before it is over £5 AIMHO.
This is a good trading share for the one's that have the guts to trade it.Not me.
This is my largest holding by far. Been in this share from £2.60. Just can't take the chance to trade and be out, just in case it just keeps moving up, or it is taken over or a JV apears.Patience is required here, not jam tomorrow.

"Paysafe’s results confirmed that the group generated strong growth in FY15 and that integration of Skrill is well underway. We have raised our forecasts for FY16/17 to reflect stronger growth; even with higher reinvestment into the business we also upgrade our EBITDA and EPS forecasts for both years. With net debt on track to be substantially reduced over the next two years, Paysafe has a strong position from which to fund organic and acquisitive growth and shareholder returns..."

Hi guys
Been in here since £2.20 and been a solid watcher of posts for some time now. Re the Edison report, take note that these are never written in isolation. The company always provides a very solid steer to the research company who very much take on board the company's comments before publishing. This is a very common practice with ALL listed companies.

My take is that is a very solid report, with an interesting "consolidation growth" story in 2016. The business needs time to absorb Skrill and smaller acquisitions throughout 2016 before powering through 2017 with a target to repay all debt by then. There are additional "wins" on the way in cost savings and other potential acquisitions which are all EPS enhancing.

All things considered this is a very bullish story and an excellent write up.

Did any of you note this morning the price drop prior to 2 large buys as well? 176,500 and 160,000 share buys at a cost of £1.3m suggests an institution has a large buy order in place.

I'd suggest at the next trading update PAYS will aim to build on the Edison report (albeit in their "own" words) and hopefully add some additional positive news into the mix.

Good things come to those that wait, and there are a lot of good things here!!Not nice to watch the fall but it does it time and time again to only go on and climb higher. Just wait until we get the next trading update, it should take a huge leap again if we've remained ahead of expectations. Debt free by 2017!!!

well thats me down by over 2k now will probably wait until tomorrow and try to get a few at low380s or even 370 if we have a drop like we did today.
must say getting a bit depressing waiting for this to stat moving in an upward movement.
would have thought we should be well above 420 by now with no stamp duty.
just have to wait it out like everyone else i guess, still feel it will come good ..nothings changed .

callmebwana - have a look on the FSA official site - there is no short above the 0.5% reporting threshold - the website you are looking at has had that short incorrectly reported for close to 1 year and haven't corrected it.

Its crazily cheap. Stockopedia consensus eps for 2017 is 43c which puts this on a forward pe of 12.5x. I don't for one minute think management would be content with Edison's single digit digital wallet growth: surely paysafe could do a jv with a very major brand to white label their wallet....

Paysafe are also surprised by this fall but note that the volumes have been pretty small.They dont see any reason,nor do their brokers.Well, time to add to my already pretty decent holding.
