Excellent update in SCSW today.

Deutsche forecasting 41c and 48c for 2016 2017 respectively.

That translates to 28.6p and 33.5p at the current exchange rate.

Digital Look currently has the following consensus forecasts:

based on a current price of 426.7p.

Anyone have access to any specific broker notes/forecasts? Edison historically provided updated notes following results, but have not published anything following results on the 16th March.

These types of announcements are made at those conferences as all the players are there. Take the Barcelona conference in the mobile telecoms world this is the payments/fintech equivalent. Paysafe's strategic success will not be standalone rather to leverage its strengths together with big brand or innovative niche partners

As much as it would be great to hear more innovative progress, he's only got a 15min slot on Tuesday morning.

Maybe the intention is to repay the debt (or get it down to a much reduced level) as quickly as possible and then start paying dividends.

It is the key fintech money20/20 conference next week at which paysafe is a sponsor and Joel a speaker. I would not be surprised if there was a major strategic announcement eg wallet partnership with major mobile co and announcement re availability on applepay / White labelling deal with big brand (paysafe has platform capacity)

No dividend just yet. However now they have entered the FTSE250 it won't be too long I guess. Great company and for me so far a great investment this last 10 months. Have bought in 6 times at varying prices and all batches are in profit.

I see also that wirecard upgraded expectations today following a string q1. There must be a good chance that paysafe provides a trading update in the next week or so also. Paysafe wishes to do another deal in q4 therefore will need to guide upwards by July at the latest.

Joel Leonoff has taken up 320 026 shares of nominal value 0.01 pence excerciseable at that price, for a total outlay of £32. Current market value 1.3 million pounds.
