31/1/2016 12:20 | Vantive have a nice PE in excess of 50. They stuffed themselves full of debt to buy Mercury, so they may need to pay that off first. I would not be surprised if Paysafe is not running the slide rule over Adyen. They are strong in different areas to Paysafe, Airlines, Apparrel and more importantly not too large 2.3bill USD and growing quickly. Having said that Paysafe need to get Skrill bedded in and integrated and paying some debt down as well. So no news till 2017 again would be my guess. | ralphmalph
31/1/2016 11:24 | I reckon Vantiv will eventually buy or merge with Paysafe. Paysafe seems to have been created in mirror image but with complimentary market segments to make a great deal. Paysafe already has a close business relationship with Vantiv in the USA and shares conference platforms etc. | ![]() eh9
30/1/2016 16:08 | With all major indices rising, the fear factor falling (VIX down from 31 to 20 in last 10 days), PAYS delivering great results, FTSE250 confirmation on 3rd arch and entry on the 23rd, likely re-rating by Analysts on confirmation of entry to a higher PE ratio, not to mention at current share price we are a target for take-over, full year results on 26th March and likely a trading update to accompany them, backdrop of digital payments market growing aggressively as witnessed by PAYPAL revenues and share price jump of 12%+, - and finally known buying from tracker funds from the 23rd March onwards. I think share price at these levels won't hang around too long - PAYS has all the right attributes to see a very significant jump in share price in this qtr - and I would estimate that we could be looking at a range of 30-40% upside from current levels. A few months more of patience should see a very handsome return Fly baby fly GLA | ![]() wolfhound1

29/1/2016 17:31 | Jarega85 I too am a bit disappointed with the share price I thought we were on for a week end close of around 412/415. When everything else has been going down this has risen. Today the FTSE in overdrive and we go down. Shakes head in confused manner. Ah well there is always next week. | the juggler

28/1/2016 20:36 | Indeed , it has really started to track the FTSE250 over the last week or so - which begs the question shouldn't PAYS also be on the FTSE250 average PE of 22 - roll on March 23rd !!! | ![]() wolfhound1
