We’re looking for developers who are excited to join an innovative team to have a real impact on the culture, growth of our team and also the code you write. If you enjoy working in a fast paced, social environment that can offer training and excellent career development for driven individuals, then we would like to hear from you.

...yeah but we have a falling currency too. Why would people abroad buy into our shares when they can buy shares in a currency that is rising too

I suppose the morons in the city do have their uses.

panic , sell sell sell , gives the intelligent ones chances to buy the decent companies cheaper.

Awful day to be invested today and PAYS is my worst performing share. Not sure why that should be but will be riding out the storm.

InvestorDave see it like this.

If the share price rose every week for 3 months/13 weeks at the rate we rose today i.e. 1.4%

After 13 weeks of gaining "just" 1.4% per week the compounded gains would be circa 20% and that is a figure many investors aspire to on an annual basis but can only dream of, such are the vagaries of the markets.

See the glass as half full my friend :-)

I would have expected PAYS to be either flat or down today - considering how well it has held up in the recent turmoil - so up a few pence is a good result.
