11/1/2016 15:29 | @jarega85 - IMHO as it is an industry consolidating I would never rule out a bid - unless PAYS gets to about £6/£8 due a rerating or a Nasdaq listing then it will be vulnerable IMO - in comparison to its Nasdaq peers it would be immediately earnings accretive as they are on a forward PE of 30 compared to PAYS 10/15 - so even a 50% premium still makes it attractive - i.e. £6 , funny that Barclays has its target price at £5.60 ......hmmmmmmmm GLA | ![]() wolfhound1
11/1/2016 15:15 | InvestorDave- Someone offloading chunks of 50,000 shares. Taking profits or just an idiot? Far too soon to sell in my view. ============= Wouldn't think anybody with chunks of 50,000 shares to sell could be called an idiot !!!!! Could me making a small fortune doing it ? | ![]() oohrogerpalmer
11/1/2016 13:20 | I would certainly be disappointed if we didn't reach £5 by the end of March, that's always been my target and will look to take out my original Capital then as I'm heavily exposed and broke all the rules on this one. I read somewhere from research, on average you see a 16% rise if we go into the FTSE250 but what could the FTSE100 bring us?? As for 600p-700p I think that's realistic in 12 months - we also haven't really discussed recently about a bid, but it seems that may have passed. I'd be interested in others thoughts as to whether a Bid would still be on the cards and what impact that could have on the SP? | ![]() jarega85
11/1/2016 13:08 | so we're all on same page. Might get into 500+/600+/700+ if hold on for a few months? | netcurtains
11/1/2016 12:22 | Lomax, on those figures maybe march 17 we will be moving into the FTSE 100 | ![]() rhatton

11/1/2016 12:19 | lomax99 - for the PE ratio you should not look at EBITDA but profit after taxes. Irrespective, I agree that there is a strong case for PAYS share price to be rated considerably higher. | ![]() mickharkins1

11/1/2016 12:13 | Killik's 2016 estimates for Revenue & EBITDA Profits are $880M and $253M, $253M is approx. £177M. On a PE of 20 (representing a re-rating, but some way behind Worldpay), that would be c. £3.54BN, i.e. an share price of c. £6.30 - some 55% higher than we are at present. | ![]() lomax99

11/1/2016 09:18 | I think we will now begin to see a steady climb as WorldPay have seen, if we do then we can wave the 400's goodbye by the end of March and welcome 500p | ![]() jarega85

10/1/2016 15:02 | @netcurtains - do not be too upset since flotation WPG is up 25% whereas PAYS over the same period is 19.6%. Also I fully expect WPG to issue a profits warning. Classic private equity pump and dump where they stuffed WPG full of debt and it will come back to bite the new shareholders on the bum. They may get it sorted in time as they keep making announcements about sorting the debt out (3 announcements since IPO) but then again in the prospectus they said that they would use proceeds of the IPO to pay down debt. Next set of WPG results will tell all. | ralphmalph
