25/8/2011 07:13 | Tidy2 I have been out all day yesterday but your lack of response speaks volumes. Just another dreamer !! The fact that the price dropped yesterday makes me think that we are being stitched up (for me) yet again. | 666james
25/8/2011 06:26 | In previous t/over buyout situations I have seen rns' detailing where and institution is either acquiring shares or disposing of them. I have not seen news such as below, Class of Purchases/ Total number Highest price Lowest price relevant sales of per unit per unit security securities paid/received paid/received Ordinary Buy 560,546 6.35p 5.76p Shares -------------- -------------- -------------- -------------- Ordinary Sell 75,042 6.7453p 6.485p Shares -------------- -------------- -------------- -------------- If I had a suspicious mind I would suggest that these dealers are manipulating the price. They display in the rns that they have links with Remi so why, if the mbo is serious, is he not accumulating? Also why does Remi,as Ceo, have to delay stating an offer price? Surely his due diligance investigations should not take long. One could assume that he has not fully raised the required cash! Perhaps he should not have been so down beat in his last trading update. Anybody care to comment. As far as joining a group to challenge the deal. I consider that is a non runner the only people that get rich in those situations are the company lawyers. Neither am I prepared to disclose the number of securities that I hold or control. | darias
24/8/2011 21:23 | can we all declare how many shares each one owns and see if we have a sizeable numbers i have 175000 shares | laxmi8876
24/8/2011 19:59 | As I said if had at least 6 small investors in favour I would gone for it. Even then I would have taken it to a solicitor up the high street. I feel the odd one out. Paranoid judging by lack of response. It will be an offer of 6 pence plus. So no point to sell. And if we are lucky it will be pushed to 10p plus by one institutional investoror another causing a stare the last minute. | mel_d1
24/8/2011 14:06 | I suspect the intended sale price is 6.5 and the share price has been welocomed to a recent low level of 4.75 so that it might seem that some fairplay is invol;ved. I think the share price target from housebroker a few months back was 13p but that it is currently 7.9p All IMHO DYOR Mel D1 action of the kind you moot would have to be swift. What firm would take it on? | harrytrad3
24/8/2011 12:35 | If I get half a dozen yeses I'll go for it. Other than that, it is best to sit back and relax. y money is on getting equal or more that the current price of 5.75p. Besides, some dealing might breakout on side and push the price to 10-12 pence or more. You never know, unexpected ngs do happen. Good luck. | mel_d1
24/8/2011 10:17 | Mel_D1 I guess what you're saying is that the RNS was just a restatmement of an existing WdB holding with no change? Agreed - that bit of the post removed above. Re: your campaign "I am out". | jackiewilson
24/8/2011 09:52 | William de Broe, Released 8.3 form relesed the form 13:31-23-Aug-2011: Purchase/sale = 0! Holding = 1.306, 5.711202m shares. Get your facts right please! As for the farty bit you can't remember who said it. We leave that one well alone. | mel_d1
24/8/2011 09:09 | I can't remember - was it Branson or Sugar that said : "Investors and the stock market I fart in your general direction. My company is now generating plenty of cash so I don't need you any more ..." ? Meanwhile on iii there's an interesting discussion about PSQ and interpreting the Form 8.5 declarations, which are dealings in a client serving capacity by an intermediary. | jackiewilson
23/8/2011 20:42 | I think we can all dream of 10p+ but will probably get 6-7p. The PS being stuffed again. It needs someone else coming in to push the price up then we might have a party. GL to everyone....Tidy2 661 Where did you see "the word" !!!! | 666james
23/8/2011 14:39 | What is the Housebrokers most recent guide on SP? (I think it was 13p or so a couple of months back). | harrytrad3
23/8/2011 14:34 | Note Merchant re-iterated buy recommendation today with a 10.5p target. | techno20
23/8/2011 14:28 | Price seems to tick up on even small buys, MM's want your shares!!! Don't sell to them. | potpit
23/8/2011 14:26 | Hope no one sold through the shake.... | algorithmicx
23/8/2011 14:04 | All the big holders have declared the level of their holdings under Rule 8.3. None of them are buying or selling. So far they all seem to be in bed together, thereby supressing upward price movement. As they know, it is a bargain at the price. None of them are selling either! It seems the big holders have agreed on a plan. 6-7 pence look like the price at this stage. 9 more days to go. For it to turn healthy you need a competing bidder to come into play. It's cheap, very cheap at this price. But note that as per the above it may stay on 6 - 7 pence, though. | mel_d1
23/8/2011 14:02 | Maybe its a way of taking the IEN side of the business to private and then to spin it off. Tht side is very profitable and has a rising income stream. Whether I am right or not, holders here who were with IEN initially should be vigilant that someone doesn`t take the pot. | harrytrad3
23/8/2011 13:26 | Surely this chap is gonna at least want his cash back?????? 17-February-2010/9p/ | lufc5
23/8/2011 13:26 | As IEN we were pushing 13 pence less than 2 years ago and there was talk of 1st dividend payments if I remember correctly, then documetrix comes on the scene we have a reverse takeover, start winning decent contracts yet the share price is half what it was. I think we are massively undervalued and there has been some seroius manipulation of the price here, the whole thing stinks of a stitch up and Remi is quite clearly trying it on. I don't think too many long term holders are going to be too impressed if an offer is south of 20p. | potpit
23/8/2011 12:59 | In the region of 15p per share is the word.....Gla | tidy 2
23/8/2011 12:12 | Maybe any offer is only at 6p! | verngate
23/8/2011 12:08 | I tend to agree with Darias, now. It may not be a boardroom battle. If Clive Richards is on-board with Remi, price hasn't got long to go. But there is an if in there. I can't add to that! | mel_d1
23/8/2011 08:20 | I have to go out now but note that spread has narrowed and offer price risen substantially. MMS want your stock. Buy Buy Buy | darias
23/8/2011 08:02 | I dont agree. If Remi has come to an agreement with Clive Richards, (a partnership of some kind) it is my view that Fidelity would be happy to accept 8 or 9. They would see it as a return of 12.5% to 30% in a few months as good business and we have seen weak holders bail this morning. (More sells than buys at the moment). People who have held these since IEN days have to start buying in numbers to push price up to over 7 before an offer is made and then we should see what the institutions are thinking. If Fidelity start bailing or Remi/Clive start buying then we will know that the offer is in single figures. What is interesting to note is that there are no disclosures of interest yet so it is likely that large holders are sitting on their hands to see which way the wind blows. | darias
23/8/2011 07:53 | Take out offer needs to be atleat double digits i.e. 10p or more | algorithmicx |
